The tour was fantastic. Darwin our tour guide was friendly and informative. The driver Mr Robert got use to the designated stops in good time.

As a European traveller, I personally found the first two stops of the tour — the strawberry farm and the agro farm — less engaging. The real highlights of the day were the authentic lunch at the golf course and, most importantly, the visit to the tea plantation in the Cameron Valley Highlands, which is the main reason to join this tour. The organisation was excellent: the bus arrived on time, the seats were spacious and comfortable, and the driver drove very cautiously, which was much appreciated. The air conditioning was quite cold for us, as we are not particularly used to it, but this is of course a minor point. Our tour guide, Sasi, was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable and clearly proud to share his Malaysian heritage. He struck a great balance between being informative and entertaining, often adding humour while providing historical background and context to the places we visited. Overall, this day tour is highly recommended for travellers who want a good introduction and a glimpse of the natural beauty of the Cameron Highlands.

Overall a good trip. As warned it is a long day but you do see a lot and a welcoming (and slightly cooling break!) from KL city centre. Our guide Sasi was great, very knowledgeable, clear with communication and kept us updated throughout the trip with the odd joke to lighten the mood. The tea plantation was the highlight for me. Personally I could have missed Agro Market or stayed there a shorter time as the flowers displays were impressive but the rest wasn’t for me.

Sasi our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. His bubbly nature kept everyone going on a long day. The second half of the day was far more interesting than the first. I felt the strawberry place and the market were not worth the stops. The plantation and waterfall was very lovely and well worth the trip.

Sasi was our tour guide and made the trip amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the history giving the group an insight into why things are the way they are. Each activity from the itinerary had more than enough time and didn’t feel rushed. The provided lunch was very tasty and consisted of Malay food

Long bus trip but mainly compensated for the visit to the tea plantation. We also like the waterfall. The guide Sasi was excellent.
