No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Individual/single travelers accepted to join if assisting we already have registered participants. Single travelers to standby at Berjaya Times Square Main Entrance for pickup. (Please contact with us for check availability)
Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat in case of rain, as the tour will proceed as scheduled, even in wet weather conditions
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00The walk through the tea plantation was great. The strawberry farm was okay. The agricultural market was good, but the entrance to the zoo and Santorini was not interesting to me.
Nice tour to get an impression of the Cameron Highlands!

5.00Nice day tour to get an impression of the Cameron Highlands. We spent the trip there and back again in a very comfortable rice bus with large seats. The trip unfortunately takes 3.5 - 4 hours, but can be used well for the lack of sleep (by getting up early);-) The stops on the tour were varied (strawberry plantation, agro market, tea plantation, waterfall). At noon there were some local dishes to try with a beautiful view in the background (you were asked at the beginning of the tour about intolerances etc). Our guide Sasi was super nice and funny! He kept telling background facts in between, and in a pretty funny way (which made it easy for me to remember things). He also tried very hard to get us to know the life of the locals there. Therefore, there was an unscheduled stop in a small local village and contact with the residents. Very interesting and educational!

4.00We had a nice and small group and enough space in the bus. Our guide Sasi was very friendly, polite, and gave us interesting insights into the history of Malaysia and the Cameron Highlands. He introduced us professionally and respectfully to indigenous people. Strawberry picking was nice but a bit underwhelming. It was not on a field but in a sort of greenhouse. You did not have to bend down to pick them, though. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the rain. Our time at the tea plantation was very wet.

5.00We had a great Tour with our tour guide Sasi! He was realy friendly and made us feel welcome all the time. The Information provided was realy interesting and the places we visited were beautiful. We went to a strawberry farm, had lunch at a golf club and enjoyed the tee plantation.

5.00We had a great tour with our guide Sasi. Lovely views and experience during several stops, interesting stories. Tea valley is absolutley wonderful. Guide Sasi told us good stories and well explained where we are, where to go etc. Thanks, pleasure to have this tour.

5.00Although it was a long day with pick up at 07:15 and drop off at almost 21:00 it was a great experience and easy way to see more of Malaysia. Our guide Sasi was excellent and so was the driver. I felt very safe, and it was lovely to be dropped off very close to where I was staying. The whole day was well paced and I met some lovely people. I would highly recommend this tour
