Choose your closest pickup location from Málaga City. Relax aboard a Premium Bus with air conditioning on our way to the Caminito del Rey day trip. Listen as your guide who speaks German, and English, tells you about the surroundings and history. At the beginning of the hike, you will receive a fresh bottle of water. Feel the thrill of walking above the Guadalhorce River from the north access point and make your way for approximately 2 .5 hours at your own pace and have time to take photos of the landscape along the route and admire the beauty of the Gaitanes Gorge. At the end of the hike, you´ll get together with your guide again and the bus will pick you up, enjoy and relax on the way back to your starting point

El Caminito del Rey

Admire the beauty of the Gaitanes Gorge on a day trip from Málga City or Rincón de la Victoria to the Caminito del Rey walkway. Immerse yourself in nature while hiking the 100-meter-high above the Guadalhorce River. Begin your adventure as you pass through a tunnel that leads to the Caminito del Rey trail entrance following your guide. Equip yourself with the provided safety helmet before starting your hike. Feel the thrill of walking above the Guadalhorce River for approximately 2.5 hours at your own pace. Take advantage of plenty of opportunities to snap photos of the unique canyon landscapes or stop for a break. At the end of the hike, meet again with your guide and reboard the bus, enjoy and relax the ride back to the start point.

Carmen was super knowledgeable and very friendly. She took us to a parking lot which housed a casket from the Jewish cemetery as well as a coffee shop, which is sitting on top of a Mikvah. We would never have seen either of these without this tour.

Our train to the meetup location (Malaga) was delayed and we asked the tour guides if they can wait for us and they were glad to do so with no complaints or issues. Very accommodating and kind of them!

We loved this experience! It wasn't just the spectacular views nor the impressive cliffside construction of the wooden pathway, but the knowledge and personal attention of the guide that made the difference. I am afraid of heights, but the guide Gregorio was very attentive to my difficulty, and helped me enjoy the tour. There were no hiccups in the execution of the tur, starting and finishing on time back in Málaga. The opportunity to eat at the end of the tur was especially welcome. Loved the mountain goats!
Abandoned by tour operator in the mountains and rain. Anything could have happened to us.

When we got the entrance of the walk my son and wife went through. Me and my daughter were stopped as we had no ID. The tour operator send us back on our own. We got lost and walked for 2 hours in the mountains and in the rain until we found a hotel.
Must do when in Malaga!

Amazing trip, just about an hour bus ride from Malaga. It’s not difficult at all, at first 1,5km to the start point and then track itself is about 5 km. Amazing views! Never experienced something like this. Tour guides are fun, talk a lot interesting facts. You get audio radio, headphones and helmet at the start. Visited in December, so it was bit foggy and chilly in the morning but then sun came out and had a nice day! ☀️ Would recommend this trip for everyone!

Excellent trip. Luis our guide was very helpful and informative. He also had a great sense of humour. The walk and views were incredible, and it was not a difficult walk. You do not need to be overly fit. Toilets available at start and end of walk and food/drink also. Plenty of amazing photo opportunities. One not to miss when in Malaga!

Well organised, on time with enough time on the spot. Good local guide, funny and instructive. They did not push us buying anything adter the walk. The walk itself looks more challenging on the photos than it is. The walkways are wide and well secured. We had three people in our group who really are afraid of heights and even for them it was OK. Only the bridge at the end was a bit scary for them, but not a problem. We had a very nice day. Highly recommended.
