If we could rate this 10 stars we would. There were four of us and I had researched day trip tours to Campos Do Jordao and this one stood out as it was a small group and the reviews were really good. We had Isaac as our tour guide and it was just my husband, his daughter, her husband, and myself. Isaac speaks perfect English and is a wealth of knowledge. It was a long drive there but we had some fun conversations learning all about Brazil from Isaac. Throughout the day Isaac made the itinerary flexible so we could stop when we were hungry and spend more time at places we were more interested in. We did everything on our list and had such an awesome time from the beautiful botanical gardens to the view from Itapeva Peak, to the Castles, the man made waterfall, beer tour and tasting at Cervejaria Baden Baden, late lunch at Safari in Vila Capivari, to the cable ride up Elephant Hill, then ending at the Chocolate Factory. It was a day of making memories and for our family priceless. We highly recommend this tour and ask for Isaac to be your tour guide!

We were not looking forward to being stuck in a minivan with a bunch of people all day- especially the 6 hours of driving. Somehow I booked a private tour- and it was perfect. Isaac was our tour guide and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Not only did he speak fluent English, but he was very engaging. He let us take our time when we wanted, and hit all the spots in Campo and several surrounding areas. My recommendation- take a private tour and ask for Isaac!

Campos del Jordán is a unique place! Worth a visit to every corner of the city. The city decorated for the end of year parties was a pretty thing too!

We had a great day with Pedro exploring Brazil's "Switzerland." Pedro was an excellent guide, fun to be with, and provided lots of wonderful suggestions for lunch and chocolate tasting. The drive to and from is long, but it allowed for lots of good conversation and learning. A very enjoyable day.

Juliana was an amazing guide and made our experience a memorable one. She was knowledgeable, fun, entertaining and an amazing driver! It was great to spend a full day away from the hustle and bustle of SP and enjoy the beautiful countryside.

The town is cute, but not sure it is worth the long drive and traffic. Plus, our driver had some issues with air conditioning. The town is charming, but you don’t get much time there if you want to come back the same day.

Campos do Jordão is a beautiful city! We stayed in a house with heating, which proved to be a very good choice. We were able to make a fire and enjoy the cold night drinking wine and eating cheese. We went to several tourist attractions in the city, the highlights being Capivari and Amantikar parks. The gastronomy is something in itself and the fondue rotation is unmissable. There are several restaurants on the main avenue but I suggest the Argentine one with a tango show in one of the side streets on the main street. We highly recommend the city, especially in the cold season when everything seems to combine more.
