What To Expect
Arriving at the activity site, our guides will give you an overview of the adventure, brief you on the safety basics and instruct you how to gear up. The activity will start with a hike up the canyon trail. At key spots, safety and technical briefings will be provided. Once on the stream bed itself, the canyoneers will have the chance to face several different obstacles - a natural water slide, jumps and rappels, including the highest one at 15 meters (49ft) high (optional). The most fun, easy and active canyon in São Miguel.

5.00I joined the canyoning tour with Ipa and Warren back in August (yes, writing a bit late) — and honestly, what an unforgettable experience! The guides were super encouraging and fun — thanks to them I managed to jump from heights I never thought I could! The zip line was definitely my favorite part, pure joy and adrenaline! Also loved that they captured everything with a GoPro — getting the photos by email afterward was such a great surprise and a perfect way to relive the memories. Huge thanks to both Ipa and Warren for making the adventure feel safe, exciting, and full of laughter. Let’s just say this experience left me not only with great memories but also with a huge smile that lasted long after the tour!

5.00Came for my 50th birthday celebration with my husband and kids- and this experience was by far the best adventure yet! We lucked out and had our guides all to ourselves. IPA and Warren were awesome to say the least. Knowledgeable, fun, smart, and I felt super safe with them teaching myself and family how to do repelling, jumping, sliding, hiking and all things canyoning. Warren & IPA worked so well together and had a wealth of knowledge between them. We learned and laughed the whole time. I’d definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone!!

5.00I absolutely loved it! It was perfect for beginners, but still an amazing experience. I can’t wait to try the next levels! The guides explained everything clearly and made us feel completely safe. The equipment was top quality, and even though the water was freezing, I wasn’t cold at all!

5.00The guides were extremely kind and polite. From the beginning, they explain that you don't have to do everything and that there are alternate routes in case you don't feel safe. They also took pictures with their own camera, which was super cool! I had a great time!

The small group size made the experience even better—I’d highly recommend it, as it allows you to explore more without waiting long for others at the waterfalls. Our guides were fantastic, highly skilled, and made us feel safe throughout. We enjoyed every single moment and can’t recommend this adventure enough. 5.00Definitely a highlight from our trip around São Miguel! Zé and Warren are a pair of rad dudes with a great sense of humour. No pressure for those who don’t want to jump from heights and can easily and quickly adapt to Plan B, C, and J… Thankful for the wet suits because the water was a fresh wake-up, highly recommend :)

5.00My husband and I very much enjoyed this canyoning experience. We ended up being the only two to book that day so we were really able to take our time and enjoy our experience. Our guides were fantastic and took the time to teach us about the island and recommended an amazing lunch place. We felt safe and had so much fun.
