We learned a lot about the rain forest. The gorge was a great sight and we saw beautiful butterflies.

Our guide, who was also the driver, was very kind, punctual, and professional. She did a great job keeping the day organised and everything ran smoothly. While she was pleasant and helpful, the commentary was fairly minimal, so the overall experience felt a little quiet. The highlight of the tour for me was definitely Mossman Gorge, which was absolutely beautiful and well worth visiting. We also did a crocodile spotting cruise and were lucky enough to see two crocodiles, which was another enjoyable part of the day. The Aboriginal cultural presentation, including the fire demonstration, was interesting, but I found it quite brief and not a major highlight of the day. Personally, I felt some of the other stops were a bit underwhelming, and there was quite a lot of driving involved. The included lunch was also quite average. Overall, the tour was well organised and our guide was lovely, but aside from Mossman Gorge and seeing the crocodiles, the itinerary did not quite live up to my expectations.

Incredible day with a great group size. We saw wild animals, including a cassowary crossing the road. Patrick was a fantastic guide, and I highly recommend trying the special ice cream at the stop when it’s offered.

I had been to Australia before, but this was my husband's first trip out so I thought this would be a good introduction to Cairns. As someone born and raised in Cairns, John was the perfect guide as he could share stories of how Cairns used to be compared to today. I'd say the only downside would be almost too many places to see in just one day; as a result, you don't get to spend as much time in each spot. But, otherwise, a good, low impact tour for all ages to see some of the natural sites of Cairns.

Brilliant day, thanks to Patrick. It is a long day but well organised and fits in alot. Morning tea was good but I would suggest it is abit earlier if possible. Lunch was ok but more options would be better. Highlight of the day was river cruise, we were lucky to see 6 crocodiles, 2 big males. Also saw kingfisher, lots of bats and beautiful butterflies. Great day, highly recommend

We had a great tour day with Patrick, an enthusiastic, knowledgeable leader/driver, and 20 others. It was a long, long day with lots of driving; however, it was well planned and a very efficient use of our time. The sights, stops and experiences were authentic and enjoyable.
