What To Expect

Cape Woolamai

Board at San Remo jetty, a picturesque fishing harbor at the base of Phillip Island bridge. On board the vessel there is indoor and outdoor seating, providing comfort while maximising your experience. While you cruise along Phillip Island, be on the lookout for marine wildlife with regular sightings of Australian fur seals and various seabirds like sea eagles, gannets and even albatross. You may even be lucky enough to spot dolphins! The cruise highlight is the spectacular cliff formations of Cape Woolamai, and enjoy in-depth commentary from the captain as you witness the stunning scenery. As you cruise back to San Remo, enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, along with cake and biscuits for the whole family. There is plenty to entertain the kids, with toy boxes and activity sheets available. Upon arrival back at San Remo, watch the famous pelican feeding on the beach, a daily event hosted by the local fisherman's co-op, where the resident pelicans and stingrays enjoy some lunch.

We had a great time on the cruise! The views were absolutely stunning and the experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. The crew was friendly and made the trip even better. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Phillip Island!

Beautiful ferry ride to see the sights of Cape Woolamai. Pefectly age appropriate for my 7 and 4 year olds who loved it. Scenery is beautiful - a good excuse for taking a boat ride. 1 hour length is perfect for the kids. Lucky enough to have seen some seals as well! Staff and crew all really professional and knowledgeable.

Everything ran smoothly from arrival to departure. The crew were friendly, obliging and gave a commentary through the trip, ensuring we knew everything about the surroundings along with its history. The scenery was stunning. The boat was clean and provided refreshments and a lovely piece of home baked cake 😋. Thank you for a lovely trip.

An awesome cruise! Staff are friendly and helpful. Weather was just perfect. Saw juvenile humpback whale and dolphins everywhere, captain was great and really made the effort and took the time to ensure we were able to see such a great sight. Thank you 😊

We booked to take friends on this short boat cruise. We arrived and got the the boat at San Remo wharf. The staff at the boat itself that controlled the gangway told us we couldn't board as had arrived too late but truth was we were at the gangway and boat hadnt left. In front of us they pulled the ropes and left without us after we arrived and could have boarded. They then said no refund would eb given but eventually gave us 25% refund to hold in credit for another day. Dont waste your time at this cruise and dont risk your money

We found it an enjoyable experience and interesting seeing the rock formations along the way. Couldn't make out the commentary but enjoyed the water trip anyway.

It was so worth it! Loved the rock formations! Stood out back and held on when the boat turned around and the crew gal was right! It was like the boat was surfing! The naration of what we were seeing was very interesting. All the crew we met were top notch . Thank you for a great experience🙂
