The perfect tour to experience Capri in the early morning and avoid the island’s peak crowds.

Overall it was a lovely trip and I would recommend. Our boat was lovely and clean. Our guide was fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Definitely worth getting off and exploring capri and anacapri. I'm glad we did the grotto our guide managed to get us first in line which we were really greatful for. One thing that let it down and why its 4* is the tip situation for the men who row you into the grotto. I felt this was pushy and suggesting what I felt was way too much at 20 euro per couple and I felt he was quite rude. Yes I know they are skilled to do this but its already expensive to get in and your are in there literally 2 minutes then to start asking for 20e straight away I just didn't like it. Yes I tip but I decide how much based on my experience. Now ive done it its not somthing I'd do again but I'd definitely go back to capri it was beautiful.

Loved this fun boat tour of the Capri coastline, many grottos, and the Faraglioni rock formations. The actual blue grotto was closed due to rough seas, but we saw others. Captain Sergio and Bruno were very friendly and knowledgeable. The music on board was so fun and festive. Toured Capri, took the chairlift to the top for amazing views, saw Villa San Michele, the Augustus Gardens. All great. This was my favorite tour of the week!

We did the MBS tour with Bruno and Captain Sergio and it was the best time! The boat trip was comfortable, perfect size for touring, and the scenery was amazing! The music on the boat was so fun. Prosecco toast. Saw lots of grottos, beautiful coastline and the Faraglioni rock formations. Sergio is a very skilled captain and Bruno so knowledgeable about Capri, what to see and do in the allotted time on the island. We bought a private bus ticket (like a hop on hop off bus) for 25 euro each and that worked great. Chairlift, Villa San Michele, Augustus Gardens, Via Krup, but we skipped lunch to save time, so bring a snack. Everything was easy and highly recommend. Such a fun day!

The tour was disorganized from the very beginning. At the meeting point, it was difficult to identify the tour company, and after arriving, our original guide left with another group without ensuring we were included, which immediately created confusion and stress. While the Blue Grotto closure due to weather was understandable, the plans on Capri were poorly managed. Our guide did provide recommendations for three sites to visit on the island through an app, which was helpful, but the semi-private bus system itself was chaotic and poorly organized. We were encouraged to pay extra for transportation, yet there was little clear direction on bus timing, routes, or where to board. This created unnecessary confusion, wasted valuable time, and added significant stress throughout the day. Considering the additional transportation costs on top of the tour price, the overall experience felt like poor value due to the lack of organization and communication. The highlight was the boat ride back to Sorrento, where Bruno provided a professional, enjoyable experience with excellent service. Overall, this tour had potential, but poor coordination, unclear transportation logistics, and inconsistent communication made it a disappointing experience.

The whole experience was fantastic! We went on a cold day but we were entertained regardless. Take a warm jacket jumper for may! Our guide was absolutely brilliant and even gave us a demonstration of his dancing skills! Definitely a good way of enjoying all titialy has to offer.

Captain Vinchenzo and Guide Poulina we simply THE BEST! Professional, informed, generous, fun and kind! We've just finished an amazing day with them cruising around Capri, with time on the island for a lovely lunch, some sightseeing and even browsing. The effort they put into ensuring we got to see the Blue grotto was fabulous! This is definitely with a day of your time!

The blue grotto boat tour was the first thing I did when I got to Italy and it was incredible. Unfortunately the waves were a little too rough that day to go inside, but our tour guide and driver Francisco and Rafael were great with providing other sights to see before spending the day in Capri. It was an amazing experience and I could not recommend it enough.

So disappointed that the blue grotto that sold us on the tour was not available. Be warned of hidden fees. NO response from Viator for two of my emails prior to the days event made planning our three hours on Capri difficult and frustrating. Putting us on tour buses for $50 extra and telling us it was “private” and would shuttle us as a group every 15 minutes was a flat out lie. We ended up having to wait 50 minutes to get to the next stop. Even then, we were put on a bus with another group who was speaking a different language. So much valuable time just spent waiting. We got to use the private bus only twice and it was not private. Be prepared to be taken advantage of at every turn of the event. I have spoken to others who took this trip and the Blue Grotto was not available to them either. It sounds like it’s bait to get you on the boat. Disappointing because this was our 35 wedding anniversary… literally the actual day!
