The tour was in about four different languages so it was incredibly hard to hear when they were actually speaking English. The blue grotto was closed due to rough waters. Would recommend paying more to get a better personalized tour

The ride was good. It was difficult to hear and understand the explanation on the boat. The explanation was in both English and Italian.

Unless you desperately want to see the Blue Grotto it is not worth the wait (2 1/2 hours) or the extra cost (€18) for 3 mins inside. The boat tour around the island was good.

Due to a misrepresentation by the vendor, we were unable to particiapte in the full excursion. The listing on Viator says the duration is 1-2 hours, but the true duration is far longer. The tour consisted of two parts: a boat ride around the island, and a second boat ride to the Blue Grotto. We were not told until after the first boat ride (which took 1.5 hours) that there would be a 2-hour wait before the second boat ride even started. We asked the vendor why the duration listed on Viator was 1-2 hours if there was a 2-hour wait in the middle of the tour. The vendor's reply was that the 1-2 hour duration only accouted for the time on the boat. This felt like an egrigous misrepresentation, especially since the vendor waited until the middle of the tour to divulge this information. If they had shared this information before the tour started (either on the Viator listing or in person), we could have planned accordingly. Now that I look at other Viator listings for a similar tour, I see that they list much higher durations, which feel like a much more good-faith representation. I wonder if this vendor listed a much lower duration to give themselves a false competitive edge.

It was a trap. They never take people to the Blue Lagoon, however you pay 18€ extra. The walk is fun, but after some time it is just more of the same, you see nothing different. To see the blue lagoon you would have to pay again the 24€ of the tour + the 18€ to enter the lagoon. Do not buy this activity. Buy directly at Capri, the value is the same and more reliable!
