What To Expect
You will need to provide the pickup location (Cardiff) and the desired pickup time. Pickup: On the day of your transfer, the taxi driver will arrive at your pickup location in Cardiff and assist with your luggage. They will then drive you directly to Heathrow Airport. Journey time: The journey time from Cardiff to Heathrow is approximately 2 hours, and 30 mins, depending on traffic conditions.

Private transportation
Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
For address pickups, free waiting time is 15 mins; for train stations, 30 mins. If delayed beyond this, waiting charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).
