My passion for hospitality began the my moment mom taught me how to prepare my first dish: macaroni & cheese; a Bahamian favorite!
Ever since then I have been on the hunt, equipping myself with the tools to create a perfect fusion of the Bahamian cultural experience and the products they bring.
Seeing the joy and wonder I give our tourists when I share my Caribay Cuisine Bahamian story.
Needless to say, after many career moves in the commercial restaurant scene in management and corporate, I am ready to provide excellent service to the world thru Caribay Cuisine!

5.00Amazing experience. They picked us up, took us to the harbour to select fresh conch and fish, then back to their kitchen for cooking lesson, great conversation and dinner together. Wonderful family, yummy food, experience we will never forget. We went December 2019, and it feels like yesterday!

5.00We had a wonderful tour with Philip. He knows the area so well. He gave us a lot of insight into the history and people. We couldn’t cook together because of the pandemic but we shopped for groceries and he shared recipes. I was able to create some incredible food afterwards. It was the highlight of our trip.
