Our guide Gael was very knowledgeable and upbeat. She took us through numerous back passages and courtyards that we didn’t know were there. It was well worth it.

The tour is tailored to your needs. We were the only people scheduled today and my husband had a walker and Gael took his limitations into consideration.

My husband and I have been going to Carmel/Monterey for our anniversary for many years. I thought it would be a little different to have a guided tour of Carmel, and that someone would be able to take us to places we had never been in the darling city. Well, the tour guide, Gael Gallagher, was quite informative, and very personable. She was delightful, and we highly recommend her for any tours to be taken.

Our tour guide, Gael, was simply amazing! She is so knowledgeable about the Carmel area, and makes the tour fun and interesting. We enjoyed that our tour was led by a local that really loves the area, and hopes that you will too! Gael is super funny, and extremely kind, answering all of our questions with passion. Our tour was two hours, but we would have loved hanging with Gael all day!!

Gael had great energy and was a wealth of knowledge about Carmel. We loved her stories and especially the secret ways we walked about the town. The rain was not a hindrance to enjoying the charming galleries, restaurants, cottages and hotels we visited. Gael’s tour was a great way appreciate Carmel on a deeper level.

Awesome! The tour of Carmel was historical and unique including facts of local artists, historical houses and their builders, winding through courtyards and back alleys surrounded by beautiful plants. Gael is an expert on Carmel (both past & present) and a joyful person! I highly suggest taking her tour (preferably in the beginning of your trip as you will discover restaurants in courtyards that you might want to return to eat at). Gael is the best!! Highly recommend this fun tour and I learned so much about Carmel.
