Overall fun experience. We really enjoyed the Parmesan tour, Lambo museum and the Baslamic tour. Ferrari meusum was our last stop and it was packed, which kinda took away from the experience. The lunch at the Basalmic tour was fun, they served us a ton of food. We spent the whole day with our driver. I wish they would have been engaged and told us about the area, etc. That would have made an impact on our experience.

Communication after booking through Viator was minimal. While a schedule was provided in advance, there were no updates or confirmations in the days leading up to the experience or on the day itself, which created unnecessary uncertainty. The driver was excellent and ultimately helped ensure everything ran smoothly. However, given the cost of this experience, a higher level of direct communication from the company is a reasonable expectation. Simple touchpoints, such as confirming pickup details or responding to messages, would have made a meaningful difference. I am grateful for the assistance from both the driver and our hotel clerk in helping us navigate the situation. Moving forward, I would encourage the company to strengthen its communication practices and place greater focus on the overall customer experience from start to finish.

Private tour is what you need, without driver and skip line you can't see everything in one day, good experience

Well that was fun. Got to see the making of Parmesan, the making of balsamic vinegar with a fantastic lunch at the farm where the balsamic is made. Lambo was closed so we went to Pagani, which was fun and then off to Ferrari. Such a great day and a must do when in the area.

The cheese and balsamic portions of the tour were very intimate and hands on from the owners / operators of the farms. The car museums were impressive.

Day well spent learning and enjoying Italy with family. Our favorite part of the day was Ferrari but the Parm and Balsamic were really fun too and quite educational. We enjoyed seeing Lambo and Ferrari with our boys and fell more in love with foreign sports cars.

Each of the venues we experienced were wonderful and very informative. The Ferrari and Lamborghini Museums were excellent. Our private tour and tasting at the Balsamic Vinegar and Parmigiana Reggiano place was fabulous. The hosts were gracious and very welcoming. Our tour guide and driver, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was a great day and experience!

What a fabulous experience we had! Our driver, Riccardo was delightful and had so much knowledge to share. The organic farm where we learned about the making of Parmigiano Reggiano was absolutely fantastic as was out guide there. Both museums we're so interesting and fun. The balsamico estate was steeped in history. All of the people working there were lovely and kind. The tasting was out of this world as was the lunch they served. Highly, highly recommend.

It was an amazing tour. Thought the private transport would have been a small group, not our own driver. Didn’t realize that the tours would be private! Felt like royalty!
