  Good vibes! The guide was smiling, answered our questions about the islands, the monkeys,etc. The food was tasty, the oysters, the chicken soup and the fries were great! We took a day 8-17:30, went on kayaks, swimming near the cruise, used water slide.

  Wow what a day we’ve just had! Minh our friendly and knowledgeable guide took fantastic care of us. We saw wildlife, kayaked through caves, jumped into the sea… and wow the food was amazing. The boat we took was fantastic, beautifully maintained and well laid out. Can’t recommend this company highly enough, it’s the best in the area for sure.

  Amazing tour. Very nice tour guide who showed up at our hotel. Took us on a bus to the boat. The boat is very nice with multiple levels to sit on. They take you to the less croudy parts of the bay, that are equally as beautiful. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

  Unfortunately the organization had forgotten us and have called after 30 minutes. Eventually solved fine by sending an extra taxi. Stressed we were placed on a boat that we had not ordered at all. We had booked the luxury version. After expressing some disappointment and some phone calls later we finally converted to a fantastic boat.   The boat itself was really nice. Comparing it to many of the other boats out on the water, it was probably one of the nicest. The activities were well programmed and we enjoyed the kayaking and the swimming the most. I wish they would've explained the significance/history of Viet Hai village because it felt like we were just wandering around without knowing what we were looking at. The food at lunch was also pretty bland. The jacuzzi also wasn't even hot and it turned into a kids pool. The biggest reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because we really didn't enjoy the clientele. It did not feel like a luxury cruise with so many people yelling and pushing their way through during activities. It was very chaotic. If you are used to people having manners and being considerate of others, then this experience may bother you.

  Happy we chose this cruise, the crew were very welcoming and ensured we were well looked after for the duration of the cruise. The lunch included was well beyond our expectations with a personalised food order, as well as 2 additional entree servings and fruit to finish. The cruiser was well equipped with many spaces to relax and not feel imposed with other guests. There was adequate water sport opportunities to fill out the day and maximise the full-day cruise experience. Also be sure to participate in the village tour; it was quite fun and has beautiful landscape.
