  Waited at the airport arrivals after name on sign, and made sure I got on the ferry boat and at arrival of the ferry boat someone was there waiting and made sure I got to my hotel. Same thing with going back to the airport. My only issue is I had to wait 15 minutes for the van to come to the ferry to pick me up to bring me to my hotel and 35 minutes I waited at 7 eleven in Boracay with the guy who picked me to from the airport, because it took that long for the van driver to come. The van driver needs to already be waiting when there are scheduled pickups and returns.

  This service was incredibly seamless. I suggest anyone (especially first timers) to book this service. This took all the stress and anxiety of navigating from the airport to our hotel and back. The guides are so friendly.

  Super friendly staff. Quick transfer to the public ferry system. And a nice tuk tuk ride. Only problem is they can’t drive to my hotel, to drop me off. You have to walk and drag your bag through the sand the last couple hundred yards. The hotel service can drive to the front door of the hotel. I stayed at Henann Plam Beach.

  Avoid at all costs unless you are a budget traveler and take the bus everwhere. they basically take you in a van to the dock when you walk a 1 foot wide plank to get on a crowded ferry which slowly chugs over to the island when they hand you off to a chuck chuck (a scooter dressed up as a three wheel taxi) which takes 45 minutes to putt putt you to your hotel. Good way to ruin your Trip before it’s begun.

  This is a great end-to-end connection from the airport on one island and Boracay, another Island. Guide met me in airline terminal, took my luggage and shepherded me to the ferry. Picked me up again on Boracay and took us close to the hotel. (About a block away from the street). All was explained to me thoroughly. Workers were, cheerful and helpful.
