Your excursion starts in Palma at 9:30, but we offer a exclusive courtesy return bus from your resort to take you to the meeting point where the trip starts, and then back to your resort. This is free and optional. Then, you don’t need to pay extra for a taxi or to get on different public buses to reach the place where the tour starts.
The tour of the Caves of Drach includes a total of approximately 320 steps, of which 119 are uphill. The paths are well maintained and safe, with lighting and handrails in key areas. This experience is suitable for most visitors, including seniors. There’s no need to rush — the entire visit through the caves lasts around 2 hours, giving plenty of time to walk comfortably at your own pace. If you or someone in your group has reduced mobility or difficulty with stairs, we recommend considering this before booking, as wheelchair access is not available inside the caves. For healthy adults and seniors in average condition, walking slowly and taking short breaks makes the route fully manageable.

Avoid this tour at all costs. Viator and the supplier completely failed to deliver what was promised. They gave me an impossible meeting point that was not feasible to reach, and when I got there anyway, they completely ignored me. Both sides kept shifting blame to each other and did nothing to fix the problem. I lost the tour, wasted half a day of my trip, and got zero help. This booking service is untrustworthy and should not be trusted with your travel plans

I made duplicate reservation for this tour and when I ask for refund, credit or a solution the TripAdvisor decided to keep my money instead. Even after speaking with the tour guide who knew I made two reservation for the same day, the company was unwilling to work with me.

Don’t waste your time!! The cave itself was interesting but the don’t stagger the entry times so you are with hundreds of people walking slowly through. The concert was nice but was ruined by a woman taking video with her bright light. After the concert, everyone swarmed the boats and I felt like I was going to be trampled. Waste of a day.

Memorable in the extreme. Highly efficient and professional throughout. Lots of people in the caves.. hurried photos but excellent visually and the musicians added to the experience. Would certainly go again

Yvette (I hope I’ve spelled that correctly) was amazing from the start—so knowledgeable and full of interesting information. The entire coach journey flew by thanks to all the facts and history she shared. I also noticed the company went above and beyond by picking up people who had missed their transport and dropping them off along the way. That level of care is something you don’t often see. The caves were absolutely mesmerising—truly beautiful and a memorable experience.

Absolutely perfect tour, from the Harbour pick up to the Harbour drop off in Palma, everything ran perfect. Camy was an excellent host, very knowledgeable. The booking process through Get my Guide and ran by NoFrills was excellent. The caves themselves are fabulous. The music at the end,... well I won't spoil it for you.....go and experience it... you won't be disappointed.

Everything was well organized Ivette went out of her way to tell us everything about the visit itself but also about the area along the way. The caves themselves are beautiful to see and it looks well looked after. Not suitable for when you have difficulty walking. The concert was beautiful but maybe the word concert is a bit too big. There are 3 songs played which sounded very nice in the cave. We didn't go back in a boat at the end because we didn't want to wait in line for the trip of a few minutes so no judgment on that.

This was a spectacular trip! The caves are amazing as was the concert. We have been on MANY excursions and this was one we will never forget. Yesterday and Dionne were great.

We would not recommend this agency and this trip. For a group of four we paid 150 Euros for a six hour tour. Three and a half hours in total we spent on the bus picking up people from their hotels. In one hour we were rushed through the cave and then we had half an hour to take a coffee in an overcrowded restaurant. Next time we'll rent a car. Why do you book trips? In order to have time to see the attractions, landscape and have time to enjoy everything. Not possible here and I don' t see either why the prices are good...

It was a fascinating walk through the caverns. There are ups and downs along the walkway that involve stair steps but there are ample handrails along the way if you need them. We were amazed by how gigantic the caverns were even though we read about them beforehand. the caves were beautiful and our driver and guide, Jesus and Melanie, did a great job.
