Great experience with all the animals showcased. Bird show was great too. Kids and adults alike had fun. Though missing some animals like elephant, rhino, hippo and ostrich, it was all good. The other animals made up for it. And since the place is not yet 100% finished, at P800 per head, it's worth it. Let's just hope they won't jack up the price that high once the entire place is completed.

The attraction is fantastic, well worth the cost of 800 Peso. The tour operator, Cebu Tours, and Viator, is a monster Zero for customer service. First, after the fact we learned the same service from another operator, Cebu City tours was of equal service and lower price, but the lowest price guarantee was no longer in effect after the trip. We erroneously schedualed the same tour the same day with Cebu tours and Cebu City tours. The 2nd tour operator showed up first and we did not realize the error until the return trip home. The first tour operator, Cebu tours, was unwilling to extend even partial credit for not having to shuttle us the 3 hour drive each way or the higher cost. Additionally the story he provided to the scheduling agent Viator contained inaccuracies. Please realize, in the Philippines any vendor with a prepayment required no refund policy is Extremely suspicious. In our 5 years here prepayment is not a typical policy as refund policies are typically no refunds. We expected more support from viator. Cebu City Tour was happy with postpay, we highly recommend this zoo and cebucitytour.com due to lower cost and excellent service.

- Area is very new and located within the mountains of Carmen. Going there is quite difficult given that its uphill all the way. Good thing is that the road is well maintained. From the main road it takes around another 8km to get to the place. - They have a huge parking area and facilities are clean and well maintained. -Entrance fee is 800 and that includes food already. This set up was only available during the soft opening. Now, I guess the 800 would now only be for the entrance since there will be more animals in the safari. Also, they will have new shows to watch. -The park opens at 8am and closes at night. The park only accepts guests up to 2pm, so it is advised to go there early. -Guests should take not of the time tigers are released because the white and orange tigers have different schedules for viewing. Even bird show time slots should be taken note of when touring around the park. - The area also contains a flower park. -Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the park. -There are food stalls inside the park where you can buy food and drinks. - Place is Sr. Citizen and PWD friendly since they have trams to get you from one place to another. - Selfie sticks are not allowed since animals may think that these are food. - Animal care takers are very nice they really explain to you the things they know about the animals. Also, even the caretakers of the park are generally very nice and helpful. - Their comfort rooms are very clean and complete with amenities.

We visited phase 1 only since it was the only area opened for the preview but it was a huge place already and the animals are happy with the space they have. Food is great as well. Entrance fee of P800 (as of this writing) is also reasonable since a buffet is available for lunch. My kids loved looking at the animals and even my old parents loved walking in the area, breathing fresh air.

Newly opened and yet to be fully completed the park shows potential for the future. Entry price of 800php includes a simple, yet acceptable, lunch. Children are charged according to their height. The park is built in the hills behind Carmen so you can expect a bit of up and down as you move about. After the introduction session you are taken to the furthest point by shuttle to begin your tour. There are shuttles moving about to transport you between places if walking doesn't appeal. Most of the displays are quite good, and modern in style. There is also a large orchid garden which would be spectacular at the right time. All in all its a pretty good place, the future should make it better as things are completed.
