Very upsetting … the tour was to be a full day .. a mating turn afternoon … they made a big mistake and our afternoon was not scheduled .. it was a problem between viatar and the “tour guys “. Neither customer service was helpful . We had to readjust and schedule the remaining day on our own and on the fly

This is a great tour, which provided a deep dive into Westminster Abbey and the Tower of London. Our guide Warren was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable and funny. The only downside is that there is a lot of walking, which had us feeling quite tired by the end of the day. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for possible rain and wind along the way. This was a great tour overall.

Itinerary order is NOT as described online - instead of ending up at Buckingham Palace as written , it ends at Westminster Abbey. This impacted plans for the afternoon. Tour guide was great and places in itinerary were all covered. 3 miles walking as described.
