First I thought it would be more luxurious than what I experienced giving the title and the advertised pic. Secondly, I was disappointed in the fact that the live music meant a DJ. I was looking forward to a seeing a band. Lastly, The room wreaked of dirty carpet; it smelled pretty bad. However, the food was good and the service was good and being on the water was the highlight of my evening because the weather was so beautiful. Also, I just love Charleston.

Honestly, this was not worth the money. There was no live music as advertised. The meal was very underwhelming. Our dinner entree was forgotten and served cold.

I've taken dinner cruises and will say that this was disappointing. There was no real directions on where to park and after finding the parking it was a walk to get to the ticket area. I brought an elderly friend with physical limitations so this was very hard on her. There is no narrator or historical reference to the harbor and its history. Why? It was just dinner and music on the water. The bread, butter and salad was good and we anticipated a main course in line with these. It was not. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes in flavor and the chicken was a bit rubbery. The green beans were not snapped and the stems were left on. The music performer was a good musician and one of the more enjoyable parts of the cruise. I would not recommend this cruise and unfortunately, the food should have been a memorable highlight. It was not. The ability to pick up my friend from the ticket area so she didn't have to walk, was very challenging. Everything is chained off and redirected with terrible signage. Myself and several other passengers had to call the tour office to get direction on parking and location. In all of our adventures in Charleston this week, this is only one we were disappointed in.

The food is good. Staff very friendly. Nice smooth relaxing boat ride. Parking and where you meet up is a little tricky. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes.
