Small group, not too much bureaucracy. Our guide Tony was wonderful. He gave guided tours of the city of Belgium and Brugge including recommending excellent restaurants and chocolate shopping guide. Overall a great experience!!

Our tour guide, Rafa, was very good, and incredibly polite. We found both Brussels and Bruge beautiful. On the downside, 15 hours is too long. By the time we got to Bruges we were pretty wiped out, and our main interest was to see Bruges. We felt the “time on your own” excessive, and could potentially knock 2 hours off the tour, and still be equally enjoyable. The vans AC was excellent. However, it was an insanely bumpy ride, even on the expressway. The tour van needs new rear shocks badly. We take a lot of tours, and by far roughest ride we’ve ever had.

Santiago, our tour guide, was absolutely delightful! He was so kind, patient, and knowledgable. We’d love to do many more tours with him. He’s amazing!

Summer in Europe and no air conditioning in the bus. One passenger simply abandoned the excursion!!! Can you imagine how bad it was?

For a very lengthy day trip, to be confined to a small bus with little room was not a good start. Most of the tour group were older people and the tour leader pushed the walkers. He also made sure we visited shops of his choice. The choice of sites in Brussels could be improved.
