2.00This is our general opinion about the company, not this specific day. We take 6 days of private guides with the company. 2 very good days (5 out of 5) 2 medium good days (3-4 of 5) 1 very bad day (!) 1 day the guide did not arrive (!) During our stay in Japan we were not assisted by the company, and a supposed coordinator did not appear or exist for us.
