  Donny seemed to have a problem with me ever since I booked this trip. 1. Donny was outright rude every time he wrote to me 2. I found him confrontational alleging that I illegally intended to use his car for 8 hours, even though I never required a 8 hour cab 3. On the trip morning at 10:20am, I called him. He rudely said booking starts at 10:30am. We later found that the driver had reached the airport much earlier 4. At 10:30am, we could not find the driver. We tried calling him. He refused to pick up 5. He sent a regular taxi to serve us, instead of the car that is pictured in the Viator tour. That is fraud 6. My son soiled himself in the car. While it is not a desirable outcome for anyone (parents included), it’s beyond our control. We offered to pay a cleaning fee to the driver. He refused to accept. Overall, I am terribly disappointed and consider it my misfortune to have had to work with Donny. I have met many wonderful people in this beautiful country. Unfortunately, Donny is like the bad apple that gives an entire community a bad name.

  Donny seemed to have a problem with me ever since I have booked this trip. 1. He was outright rude every time he wrote to me on this thread 2. Even though I was well aware that the booking was for 7 hours (10:30am to 5:30pm), Donny very rudely alleged that it was for 8 hours. I had to remind him that 10:30am to 5:30pm is 7 hours 3. On the said morning at 10:20am, I called him since our plane landed a little early. He rudely said booking starts at 10:30am. We later found that the driver had reached the airport much earlier 4. At 10:30am, we initially could not find the driver. We tried calling him. He refused to pick up 5. He sent a regular taxi to serve us, instead of the car that is pictured in the Viator tour.   If you don’t have a lot of time to visit Praslin, I would like to recommend Donny. He is fantastic! He is punctual, helpful, respectful of your wishes and he knows this island like the back of his hand. He will gladly share his knowledge with you and he even spoke French with us even if the tour is in English so that my mother would also be part of the experience. I can’t praise him enough, thank you again for this memorable experience!

  Very clean and comfortable ride & most of all affordable and he is very punctual ,I would fully recommend from a couple to family group ,VIP treatment ,we were very satisfied with his services ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We used multiple services from Donny on Praslin Island: airport pick-up, transfer from hotel to jetty and back, half day island tour and transfer from Raffles hotel to restaurant and back. He is very nice, careful driver, always willing to help. Car was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Donny went a step ahead showing as many hidden gems along our trips. His car even offered free WiFi on board - which is unique and highly appreciated. We had dinner in restaurant recommended by Donny - it was so much better than what we had at the hotel (Raffles). Definitely five star experience - highly recommended!

  Very good Service, the driver took us from the airport to our hotel paradise sun hotel Good price, very nice driver, smiling, good advice for visits to the island, restaurants etc...
