While Noah was an excellent guide, the tour did not justify the $75 per person cost. We visited fewer locations than advertised, and the tastings were minimal: a piece of flatbread, a small amount of fruit, truffle salt, a thin slice of pizza, salmon jerky, a small chowder sample, and a cookie. The chowder was the standout, but overall the experience felt underwhelming. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this tour

We had the best experience on the chef-guided tour of Pike Place Market, and it was all thanks to Skylas. He was truly outstanding. From the moment we started, Skylas was warm, welcoming, and so easy to be around. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. His knowledge of the market, the vendors, and the food scene in Seattle was impressive, but what really stood out was how he shared it. Nothing felt rehearsed or rushed. It felt personal, fun, and engaging the entire time. He introduced us to incredible food we never would have found on our own, and every stop had a story behind it, which made it even more special. He took the time to answer questions, connect with everyone in the group, and made sure we were all having a great time. If you are thinking about doing a tour at Pike Place, this is the one to book, and Skylas is the guide you want. Such a memorable experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend.

My husband & I did this tour as a good introduction to the city since it was our first time. So happy we did! Chef Will was a fabulous host and guide. He was warm, inviting & knowledgeable. We hit so many unique stops and had the opportunity to participate in additional foods at the same places along the way. These were extra money but never felt pressured to do so. We were a group of 9 and it was the perfect size to easily walk around town & not have folks wander away. Will told us the WHY the food tastes the way it does and shared many stories & answered the group’s questions along the way. A must for first time for first time visitors and goodies alike!
