Eric gave a fantastic Chef’s tour of the Seattle Pike place market. Opened my eyes to so many great restaurants and eating places that a local like me had never heard of. And coupled this with great history and behind the scenes talks, as well as some super interesting food science lessons as well. Would totally recommend Erik Olinsky!

We had a great time. Will was the best guide and made sure everyone was included and he was very knowledgeable about the food and the market. I learned a lot about so many more good places to go eat and tried new foods. I would highly recommend it.

I was only in the city for about 30 hours, and taking this food tour was one of the best decisions I made. I learned some local history, tried genuinely delicious food, and met a great group of people. Will was our tour guide, and he was engaging, welcoming, and easy to talk to—he made the experience feel relaxed and fun rather than scripted. Highly recommend this tour if you want a meaningful way to experience the city in a short amount of time.
