Scott was an amazing chef tour guide who is very knowledgeable, engaging, and very funny. He knew much about the area and gave historical detailed accounts about the restaurant and where the food was coming from whether it was local or it had to be imported so it gave us a better understanding of how the food was made. P he was great at time management we had a little hiccup but even with the hiccup we still managed to finish right on time, he was very wonderful and very accommodating.

Silas was awesome. We were visiting from our Princess cruise and it was the 1st time we visited Seattle.. He was very knowledgeable of cuisine and the history of Seattle. I have been recommending this tour to everyone I know. In fact it's because of this tour that we will be coming back to Seattle again soon.

We had one afternoon to spend downtown and this was such an excellent use of our limited time. There’s no way to quickly figure out this market without a bit of help, and Will got us a little bit of everything a well as a ton of insight for our next visit.
