We had an excellent experience. Chef Noah was extremely knowledgeable not only regarding the food industry but the history of Seattle as it related to: early immigration, farming and commerce. Chef Noah spoke truth to power regarding the Japanese community in Seattle. In addition, all food samples were great. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. I did revisit and patronize several of the vendors visited.

We had such a great time doing this tour led by Chef Noah. He was entertaining, had interesting info to share, and gave us all the pro tips on where to find the best food. I’ve been to the market before on another visit to Seattle and it was cool to see the market and learn about it from a locals standpoint.
