The Best Way to Experience Pike Place Market! The Chef Guided Tour is, frankly, the best way to see a new side of Pike Place Market. It transforms the overwhelming chaos into a curated culinary vision, and our guide, Jonathan, was incredible. His passion was infectious as he navigated the bustling crowds, sharing fascinating historical tidbits and introducing us to vendors by name. The tour was a feast for the senses, allowing us to bypass the notoriously long lines for incredible bites. Our tasting journey included divine smoked salmon, truffle salt, rich Beecher's mac & cheese, famous clam chowder, warm cheddar biscuits and finished with wonderful gelato.. Each stop came with a story, connecting us to the market's "local first" roots. This tour is an incredible value— the portions are good and you get a history lesson. Jonathan made the experience unforgettable, and we left with full stomachs and a renewed appreciation for this Seattle landmark. If you do one thing in Seattle, book this tour and ask for Jonathan! I'm going to sign up again!

Eric showed us the hidden gems of Pike Place market. I loved it. As a Travel Advisor specializing in helping disabled travel, be aware that there are a lot of stairs in Pike Place market, so this tour is not accessible for wheelchairs and persons with mobility challenges.
