What To Expect
Diners will enjoy the pleasant experience of receiving a chef in their homes who will cook delicious dishes, generally typical, with ingredients grown in the fields of the region. The menu that will be served at the table includes: 4 different types of starters, first and second course and dessert. basic menu Entrees: Table of cold meats and cheeses (fresh and matured), vegetable caponata, crispy fried vegetables, chickpea salad. First course: you can choose between: Orecchiette (typical fresh pasta from the area) with tomato sauce and meat rolls, paccheri with aubergine sauce and tomatoes with stracciatella (mozzarella and cream) topping, Troffiette (fresh pasta) with mushrooms and sausage. Second course: You can choose between typical local mixed roast (bombette, sausage), Mediterranean fish fillet or aubergine parmigiana. All dishes are accompanied with baked potatoes and salad with fresh vegetables. Dessert: select between: Crostata, yogurt mouse and cream with marinated fruits.

5.00Renting a villa in the Puglia region to celebrate a big birthday, our family of 7 arranged the chef service. Marianna & Valeria prepared a multi course gourmet feast, & were so accommodating. There was wonderful food for the celiac & the vegetarians. Will seek this service again on our next adventure.

5.00A delightful and delicious meal cooked by the lovely Francesca right in our villa. The best dishes were the mussels gratin, the baked spinach and cheese pastry and the spaghetti bolognese. We ate another round the next day! Too good and super easy. Highly recommend doing this on your next holiday.

5.00What an amazing experience!! We had the privilege to taste authentic Puglian food from the comfort of our own home. We were provided with a list items for a 3 course meal a few days prior to the lunch and able to confirm if we have any dietary requirements. Angela and Sandro were very accommodating to our Hindu dietary. Both Angela and Sandro arrived to the villa promptly and got started with prepping straight away. They were very friendly and easy to speak with. All the food items were wonderful and tasted so fresh. My family and I were very happy with the presentation and taste of everything. Angela and Sandro were also very kind in preparing something a small for my baby niece too (which she absolutely loved too). It was a nice gesture from both, and allowed my niece to be involved in the day too. I would highly recommend this activity, especially for anyone which a small child as it is from the comfort on your own space. 100% recommend!!!

5.00Fantastic multi course authentic Pugilan food prepared in our Lamia by Angela and Maria while we were enjoying the sunset over a glass of wine. Great communication. Arrived on time and left the kitchen spotless. Both very friendly and clearly skilled chef's. Food was tasty and plentiful with enough left overs for the next days lunch. Highly recommend.
