It was a fabulous tour! The people looking after the elephants were so great and respectful of the animals. The sticky waterfall was challenging for a larger person, but Paul was so amazing and made sure I was safe!!! The lunch was great and the raft ride was very relaxing! Paul was the best guide and this was a fabulous tour!!!!

Paul was great! Forgot the drivers name but he was very accommodating as well. Only thing I would recommend is to adjust where the bamboo rafting takes place; the business is completely unethical. The elephant sanctuary we went to was great though and they truly cared about their 16 elephants!

Loved this experience! Our tour guide, Fluke, was the best! Super outgoing, friendly, communicated well in the 24 hours leading into the excursion. Was very knowledgeable about the elephants and got everyone excited for all the activities. Lots of time with the elephants. The sticky waterfall was also a really great activity. The rafting was a mellow relaxing way to end the day. I would 100% recommend!

We had the good fortune of having Fluke as our tour guide. Fluke was personable, engaging and energetic. Fluke made sure we were having fun during the activities and also looked after our wellbeing in the stick waterfalls, elephant experience and bamboo raft trip. It was great to enjoy this ethical elephant experience without concern for the animal’s welfare. I would highly recommend this experience and I would ask for Fluke by name. His expertise extended beyond the trip guiding everyone on places to eat, other experiences or even party locations in town. Fantastic

It was an amazing experience. Our guide, Fluke, was brilliant and kept up the energy for us the entire day. He really knew his stuff about the elephants, and was happy to take plenty of photos for all of us with the elephants and at the sticky waterfall. Feeding the elephants was a highlight of the day, they're used to people and really well taken care of at the sanctuary, which makes the whole experience feel much better. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chiang Mai
