My Chiang Mai trip won't be complete without the elephant sanctuary experience. It's my first time seeing elephants in person and the experience is magical. Kudos to our guide, Dum, who is very organized and informative. I would definitely recommend this experience with my family and friends.

The Elephant new Home experience was great! The group size was perfect. It was fun feeding the elephants and watching them go for the pouches that had food in them! Bathing them in the river was really fun, too. Maria then took us to see a Karen village and help support the handicrafts that they made, educating us on the ethnic group. Overall, it was a great experience!

We had an absolutely magical day, and Paul was a huge reason why. From start to finish, he took incredible care of our entire group—clear directions, thoughtful pacing, and a genuinely warm, upbeat presence throughout the day. Spending time with the elephants was unforgettable and truly special, and Paul made sure everyone felt comfortable, informed, and fully immersed in the experience. The bamboo raft ride and visit to Sticky Waterfall were perfectly organized and added so much fun and variety to the day. A special shout-out for the photos—Paul went above and beyond capturing fantastic pictures for everyone, so we could fully enjoy the moments without worrying about our phones. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. If you’re lucky enough to have Paul as your guide, you’re in for an exceptional experience. Highly, highly recommend!

The experience with the elephants was unforgettable and our guide Paul was happy to take lots of photos for us. The sticky waterfall was challenging for two over 60s but glad we did it. Could have done without the rafting... uncomfortable and a bit boring. The lunch was absolutely awful....the food was stone cold.
