While none of this can reflect on the guide, Tom, who worked everything very well from early morning messages to confirm pick up time to helpful advice throughout the trip, I have to say I was rather disappointed that the programme fell way short of the advertise because of conditions. As this seems likely to be a seasonal problem, I don’t feel this activity can be advertised in this way. There was no bamboo rafting and no walking with elephants, merely feeding some animals for a time. Some compensation was given, but given the full picture in advance, I would not have chosen this tour. For someone who cannot eat chicken, the lunch on offer was also very disappointing.

Great tour. Extremely packed schedule but never felt like we were in a rush. Highlight was definitely the elephants -we were given ample time to feed and play with them. You can tell that all the elephants are well cared for and happy. Our tour ended up being on a rainy day which is something I was worried about, but we made do - just be prepared to get a bit wet and muddy. Highly recommend overall.

Our trip to the Sticky Waterfall, Ethical Elephant Sanctuary, and Bamboo Rafting was simply amazing, and all credit goes to our guide, Paul. At the Sticky Waterfall, he not only guided us safely on the slippery rocks but also patiently helped in clicking our pictures so we could capture the adventure. At the Ethical Elephant Sanctuary, Paul went the extra mile by assisting us with the food bowls while feeding the elephants and explaining their stories with genuine care and respect. He made the experience both fun and meaningful. During Bamboo Rafting, Paul ensured everyone was comfortable, personally providing life jackets and checking on our safety throughout the ride. His humor and storytelling kept the group cheerful, while his attention to detail meant we never had to worry about logistics. From guiding, assisting, and caring to making the day memorable, Paul was more than just a guide—he was the true hero of our trip. Overall Rating : 10/10
