We had a bad experience on the trasnporation of this trip. This trip was actually condcuted by TripGuru (even though I booked it with TripAdvisor) . First the transport van arrived 1 hour late than the scheduled pickup time (saying thay had a problem with a tire) . Then they put 3 of our family of 4 in the last back seat. The ride was a 3 hour long road trip one way and it was so noisy and jerky that my family said it was worst than a public trasnsport bus. THier AC vents were also broken and I had reported all these issues to Trip Guru on WhatsApp and even sent a picture of the broken AC vent but they could not do anything as we were already enroute. The guide was very stubborn and arrogant and even after we told him about the issues he kept saying the van is new (whihc it clearly was not) . The guide named "G Popcorn" even made some racial comments to my brother in law about India which irritated our family further but we had no other option than to complete the trip abd return back . I would request a full refund of this trip from TripAdvisor as it is the worst experience I have had with trip booked via Trip Advisor.

Considering the activity involves traveling in the van for 6 hours -,the trip was not enjoyable bc the van was old, very noisy & not comfortable.

The white temple was jaw dropping it was so beautiful, although it was very busy we still enjoyed it. The blue was just as good and the red too. We had a good time. Just be prepared for the long drive but it was a fine journey and we stopped at a lovely coffee shop! Gan was our tour guide she was a lovely lady I couldn’t understand her very well but she was so nice and made sure we was all okay and took lots of photos for us. So thank you Gan

Our guide was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She utilize our drive time to give us history lessons on upcoming temples and she taught us Thai.

First off, the travel time is 6 hours round trip for a 3-hour visit. Secondly, the white, blue, and red temples are all commercial and were built within 20 years. The tour guide lady name Pimpi, aka 'Happy,' isn't a good tour person and lacks knowledge and explanations. She gave a brief overview of the three temples and then left everyone on their own. She spent more time chatting and talking with her colleagues most of the time. The white temple is like Disneyland rather than a temple. The blue temple is nice inside. The red temple is mediocre. I recommend thinking twice about this tour or these temples. As an Asian Buddhist, I think these temples are commercial and like Disneyland.

We drove from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai approx. 3h. The drive was long, but we got a very exciting trip with the three temples. Specially the Withe Temple was for us the best one
