It’s a long way & a long day out; but our guide Jackie was engaging & informative throughout the trip. We had plenty of toilet stops. Coffee breaks and time for lunch. The temples are worth seeing. However… The temples are not historic , they are all built this century . The white temple makes stunning photos though in close up it’s like a Disney set & I believe it’s more of a tourist attraction than a place of worship. Having said all of this I really enjoyed my day out. The golden toilet block is something else!

Lovely day trip to Chiang Rai’s white, blue, and red temple. Our tour guide, Boon, was very friendly, funny, and really made our trip. The journey is long (approx 3hrs+), however, this is broken up with a cafe stop there and back. There is lunch options available at the temples which are reasonably priced. A bottle of water was provided on the trip. Overall, a long day, but worth it to see the temples. No concerns with the bus drive - comfy and air conditioned. Would recommend.

Long day but worth it. The temples were beautiful. The guide, Ati gave us just the right amount of time at each stop. She was very good at explaining the history of each temple. Driver was really nice as well.

The nature was stunning, the wind, the trees, the waterfalls, the clean air… It experienced was amazing! Staffs were friendly and efficient. I love the elephants, they were really smart. They were friendly and nosy. They check your bag and see if u still have tricks for them after everyone already finish feeding them.

We had a great day on this tour. Had private guide and driver . Guide knowledgeable and didn't hang around at the attractions so as little queuing as possible as she knew the system . With the personal guide you got more information in the temples especially the White temple what the artists meanings were with the painting as some were a little out there! Blue temple again lots of tips and info. Red temple ate at the street cafe 20bhat vegetarian only but cooked right in front of you very good .take the lift to the top of the Bhudda look out of the eyes and forehead to see the view. Same with the red tower go to the top. Long day lots of travelling 3hours each way.

Had a lovely day. Long drive but worth it. Tour guide Art was very informative and helpful. Driver was good and careful The white temple is stunning. Looks like a wedding cake in parts. Very unusual given most of temples I have seen in Thailand are predominantly gold colour Exception being some of the royal palaces in Bangkok

Our tour guy was Art, he was amazing. Picked us up at the airport it was a big van and 9 of us total. The temples are a must see and Art made sure we all had what we needed and explained all the history and surroundings. It’s a long tour since it’s a 3 hour drive each way but it’s 100% worth it. Thank you Art!
