As part of the tour, first we saw The Leaning Tower of Pisa, took all the cliched but fun photos, then we had lunch in Montereggioni where we also tasted wine with our host Marco who made everyone laugh. Highly recommend buying the premium vinegar. The wine is nice, but the vinegar is unique in how thick and sweet it is. It is the closest we have to the Platonic ideal of vinegar. We then visited Sienna and San Gimignano, small towns with lots of narrow streets and foot traffic. Emma, our tour guide is a qualified and fluent English speaking art historian who provided us with insights into history throughout the tour. She was always friendly and fun to talk to. I commend her for how much she showed us in one day. Top value for $140 AUD.

We did a day trip from Venice to Tuscany for a half-day wine tour, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. The wines were incredible, and every stop was genuinely fun. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the rides between wineries were short and easy. Each tasting came with small snacks that paired perfectly with the wines—just enough to keep you going throughout the day. There were opportunities to buy bottles, but never any pressure, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We brought our 11-month-old along, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. It didn’t take away from the experience at all, which we really appreciated. Overall, highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for great wine, great scenery, and a great time. 🍷🌿

I speak to you as an Italian, not a foreign tourist: the experience was really very pleasant .. the price is very fair compared to the tasting we did (we tasted about 10 glasses). The only flaw that I would like to point out: when you do the tour in the two wineries we will speak English despite the fact that the booking says ‘tour in Italian’. This is because 90% of the participants are foreigners .. legal choice but in my opinion it must be better explained when the customer makes the reservation.

It was a nice visit to 2 Tuscan wineries. Loved the guidance, explanation, suggestions. Even purchased wines, oils, and vinegars to be shipped home.

Really poor experience. High pressured sales pitcher at the wineries. Mediocre wines. Little time to look around the interesting aspects. The worst part, the ride back. Total party bus. Extremely loud music, yelling, and total and absolute disregard for the people who were visibly uncomfortable. Tpur guide seemed to encourage the poor behavior of a few. Additionally, the bus was so very hot. Do not purchase unless you enjoy high-pressure sales and a crazy, uncomfortable 50 minute ride.
