This was an excellent adventure and certainly more value than I expected. We did the afternoon tour and the trip duration was perfect. We had the perfect group size that allowed us to meet some new folks from around the world. Staff was great at all locations and made the adventure that much more enjoyable. I would do this tour again.

It was an awesome experience for first timer in Florence. We went to 3 different wine stops with great selections of Chianti wines. Sara and our driver Fabio were the best. Sara was very knowledgeable and we learned about Italy and wine.

Amazing! Best thing we did in Italy. We booked the Pasta Making Class and Wine Tour and it worked out well. We cooked and drank wine for a while and then another person came and picked about 6 of us up from that and took us to the winery. Very cool experience and learned a lot

What a blast! Chris was a fantastic guide and provided our group with such a welcoming and enjoyable environment. We learned a lot about Florence, Tuscany, and of course wine. The huge truck is awesome and fun to ride around in with the best driver Mario. Would recommend to anyone looking to see Tuscany, try some amazing wines, and have great food. Thank you Chris and Mario!!

We elected to go on this tour (9hour, 3 winery tour) based on a friend’s recommendation and it was an excellent experience overall. Tour began shortly after 9am and ended just after 6pm. In that time we visited 3 separate wineries. At the first stop we toured the vineyard, cellar, and villa learning about winemaking and then sampled 3-5 wines (3 chiantis, 1 super Tuscan, 1 orange wine) with olive oil alongside bread and cheeses. Second stop 1 rosé wine sampling plus olive oils before lunch where we sampled two more Chianti wines. Lunch consisted of 5 different Tuscan crostini. This was followed by two different types of pasta: ravioli stuffed with ricotta and a pappardelle al cinghiale. Lunch was delicious and more than filling, you had the option to purchase additional glasses of wine or a dessert. The amount of food/wine served was plenty and we did not feel the need to order anything more. The lunch was plated family style, they did accommodate dietary needs on the tour (nut allergy) by serving separately to avoid allergens. The third and final stop featured a tour of the estate/villa/cellar and then a sampling of 4 more wines (2 Chianti, 1 super Tuscan, 1 sparkling rosé) with a sampler of meats, cheeses, and olive oil. Our guide Alex with his partner in training Valmira were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about wines. They were able to answer all questions we asked. They made the experience an unforgettable one. Our driver (I think Lubo? May 4th 0900 tour, forgot his name) got us everywhere safely on some small unpaved country roads no less. For those curious: the tour started with a 5 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station to where the large safari vehicle was parked. From there it was a 35min drive to the first winery. Followed by a 35 min drive to the second winery/lunch. After lunch was a 10min drive to third winery. The return trip was 55 minutes to return to the point where we boarded the vehicle. I’m not sure if they change which wineries they go to on any given day so your mileage may vary. This was a highlight of our trip, it was a fantastic day. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone looking for a wine tour out of Florence. Do yourself a favour and book this tour now if you like wine, want to learn more, or just want a lovely day in the rolling hills of Tuscany!

This experience was so much fun! If you have the time in Florence and are considering it definitely book! Such a great day trip, awesome info and sights on the way to the winery’s. Sara was an amazing host. She was so knowledgeable and such a great source of information. The winery’s were stunning! Everywhere you looked you felt like you were in a painting. Tastings were exactly as expected with wine tours we’ve had in other countries. If we wanted extra at lunch we were able to purchase a glass. Such an amazing experience and a highlight in our trip. Never felt pressured to buy anything additional. Was explained that we could but did not feel pressured as other commenters have stated. Thank you again Sara & the winery’s!
