The Chicago Architecture Center River Cruise aboard Chicago's First Lady has long been the gold standard among all Chicago tour experiences, and is the only Chicago architecture boat tour led by highly trained expert docents. 4.00It is very difficult to hear the tour guide if you're sitting down below, as we had to do because it was raining. We booked over a week before because they were selling fast. We were not able to cancel.

5.00The 10 :00 a.m. Saturday, June 20th was a perfect weather day. Everything went well. Our guide, I think named Chris, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, with the right amount of humor and wit. I left highly impressed.

5.00Paul was excellent. It was a very historical view of the river architecture. (Note: If you have mobility issues be sure to check the boat has seating outside downstairs. Our boat did not and the stairs to top are not easy.)
