Booked the “Marina Night Walk, River Cruise Experience and Dinner” with 96 Travel & Tours using Singapore Culture Pass credits (S$95 per person). The tour is advertised as a **daily activity**, but after booking, our confirmed date was cancelled because they did not meet the **minimum 10 participants**. We were then asked to reschedule for another date that suited them. As a Singaporean working overseas with limited time back home, the alternative date offered was outside my stay, so it was impossible to attend. Despite cancelling on their side, they **refused to refund or reinstate the Culture Pass credits** and insisted we reschedule. This feels misleading. If the tour cannot run daily due to minimum group requirements, it should not be advertised as a daily tour. Perhaps, for example, 2–3 fixed days per week such as Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), instead of advertising a daily schedule that is not achievable **Advice to others:** Be cautious when booking this experience via Culture Pass. There is a real risk your booking may be cancelled and you may not get your credits back if you cannot reschedule. Very disappointing experience and not aligned with customer expectations.

This is a great tour! It provides up close views of the Chicago skyline and riverfront. Our guide Richard shared many stories about Chicago history and facts about its architecture while keeping the conversation interesting with a touch of humor. I would highly recommend the tour for the boat ride, views of the skyline and riverfront alone, but you probably will also learn a few new facts about Chicago and its architecture as a bonus.
