2.00You want to sit in the front. We sat towards the end and could barely hear through all the children and adults who were busy talking instead of listening and the constant screaming. The tour could give ear pieces which would be helpful

5.00A great experience! Staff was 1000% awesome. Due to traffic we would had missed our scheduled time. I called and for no additional cost our tickets were switched to later tour. The boat is huge! Lots of open seating. The guide was so knowledgeable of Chicago! It was me and my adult son first visit to Navy Pier, I think we will visit again.
