It was a warm day in February. The cruise and the narrator was funny and knowledgeable. The cruise allowed you to view Chicago from a different perspective. The city grew around the river and the view is magnificent. Everyone should see Chicago this way.

Lucked out and had a rare 62° day in February when I was visiting Chicago. The tour guide was very entertaining and interesting and extremely knowledgeable. Chicago has many beautiful buildings and many architectural styles from different periods of time and its history up to the present day.

Our tour guide, Victor, was incredible! It was 27 degrees and most everybody was on the top of the boat so we could see all the sights and see Victor as he pointed out the architectural wonders in Chicago. He spoke fast, but not too fast. He was amazing, knew the year, architects, style, construction schedule, history and movie sites of what seemed like over 100 buildings. We all felt like we stepped off the boat knowing a ton about Chicago architecture. Would definitely recommend.

A must do in Chicago. Dress warm if it’s winter as you want to be on the boat top deck. I would almost do the shorter tour, as the longer one could have cut the ending portion out. I would rather quality over quantity. Plan on grabbing Ghirardelli’s before or after as it is right beside where you load the boat (hot chocolate in the winter, ice cream sundaes in the summer). This tour is right on Michigan Ave., so plan to tour Michigan Ave. by walking before or after your tour. Short walk to Millennial Park to visit the Bean too. Go out for food too on Michigan Ave. or Palmer Hilton Hotel (get the original Chicago Brownie).
