Fantastic. My kids (11 & 8) were hooked on every word of the tour guide. Well done and entertaining for adults, not too scary for kids.

I took the mob tour with Chicago Crime Tours & Experiences and honestly, it didn’t live up to my expectations. It felt more like a bus ride around the city than an immersive experience. While there were some interesting stories about Al Capone and Chicago history, it lacked the excitement I was hoping for. If you’re looking for a relaxed overview of the city, it might be fine—but if you’re expecting something more interactive or engaging, this may fall a bit short. The guide was great

Mike was an amazing host! His jokes didn't always hit, but he didn't stop trying! Great and knowledgeable and kept our motley group entertained. Highly recommend Mike and the tour!

Jaime was our tour guide and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She was funny and gave everybody the chance to participate at any level. They wanted to including answering her trivia questions to deciding if they wanted to get on and off the bus.
