After this, you will be enjoying a Mexican buffet here, as well as enjoying a tequila tasting.
Finally, you will arrive at Chichen Itza, UNESCO World Heritage site, where you will be learning the secrets and history of the pre-Columbian city while marveling at the Pyramid of Kukulcan. Follow your guide around Chichén Itzá, one of the main archaeological sites of Yucatan’s peninsula. You'll also have free time to stroll this fantastic archeological site.

Chichen Itza
Start your tour in Chichen Itza of significant locations at the World Heritage site, including the ball court, el Castillo (the Castle), the Pyramid of Kukulkan and Temple of the Warriors. You will have a Guided tour and free time to walk around and explore by yourself.

The Kukulcán temple is a pre-Hispanic temple that was built in the 12th century AD. C. by the Mayan Itza in the city of Chichen Itza, their capital.

5.00we had a great tour guide - Omar. he was knowledgeable, funny and courteous. I mostly appreciated that he told us what to do an not do at our locations. it was a full day 6 a.m.. - 5 p.m. The tour bus was large and comfortable. we had a high appreciation for the locations visited and Omar made it all worth it. We were not fond of the buffet, but we are Jamaicans so our taste may be different. many people seemed to enjoy it. We did have snacks so we were fine.

2.00We paid $112 for the “VIP option” that pretty much included nothing but transportation and a terrible buffet lunch that had no meat. You have to pay an extra $35 per person to enter Chichén Itzá and then pay extra for the life jacket that you NEED to enter the Cenote. It’s cheaper if you just rent out a car and do those activities yourself. I don’t recommend this at all

4.00PREPARE FOR A LONG DAY! We had such a great time, but this took the entirety of our day. Our tour guides, Paul, Rey, Guzman were GREAT! They were very informative, patient, and kind! I would absolutely do this tour again- however PLEASE remember this is for the ENTIRE DAY! We got picked up at 8:05AM and didn’t get back until 8PM. I don’t regret it, but I wish I would’ve mentally prepared myself. The majority of the day was spent driving. We had great naps! You’ll have time to grab snacks. I don’t recommend bringing kids, this just takes too long. But overall- GREAT DAY! Beautiful tour! Rey, Paul, Guzman are AWESOME! If you have them, know that you’re in good hands!
