A beautiful cenote, own by a family with mayan heritage discovered by stroke of luck in the backyard of their home, plenty of time to enjoy the crystal clear freshwater of this unique gem. The family will cook authentic home made food with fresh ingredients & hand made corn tortillas, all prepared at the moment. In Izamal you can climb the mayan pyramid of Kinich kakmo, walk among the magic streets of the city and visit the convent.

Your beautiful day will start picking you up at the meeting point Cathedral San Idelfonso. Our 6 am departure will guarantee to be the first ones inside the archaeological site

Upon our arrival we will the first group to enter in Chichen itza, since we will avoid long lines tu buy tickets. Our professional licensed tourguide will help you taking amazing pictures without people, then we will walk among the temples to unveil the history and misterys of this ancient mayan city

5.00This tour is so magical and filled with so much adventure! DELIO, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable, kind, respectful with such a warm heart. Chichen Itza and Izamal were so beautiful and powerful beyond words. And the family’s private cenote was a marvel!! Not only was the cenote gorgeous but the Mayan family that it belongs to prepared the most divine panuchos, guacamole, and fruit I’ve ever had in my life.

5.00I have taken a dozen of tours in the area and this was the best one! Great itinerary, we got to see so much. We especially loved the cenote, some can be scary, but this privately owned cenote was beautiful! We had a great day and my 9 yo son loved it!

5.00This was an amazing tour and a great experience. We were met with offers of coffee and they had prepared us sandwiches for an early breakfast - they had even brought us vegan sandwiches (we had let them know in advance we were vegan) they were very tasty! It was an early start, but totally worth it as we were the first to arrive at Chivhen Itza, which was an incredible experience. Our guide, Delio, was fantastic - he was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information, whilst also allowing us time to explore at our own pace too. The lunch and Cenote was also a wonderful experience - high quality food, and they catered for our vegan diet easily with excellent anuthentic Yucatan food. The cenote was amazing - an absolute highlight. Izamal was a great way to finish our day. A gentle tour and with some time on our own to visit the pyramid there. We were well looked after throughout, with lots of cold water and information and guidance provided. This was one of the best tours we have ever experienced and a highlight of our trip to Mexico!

5.00Delio was personable, engaging, and gave us an incredible experience. Hanan was an excellent chauffeur. Getting to Chitchen Itza 1st early in the morning made a HUGE difference. The private cenote swim was pure mystical magic. The Mayan meal the family prepared for us was delicious and authentic. And Izamal is a charming, beautiful town. Day of magic and wonder!!

5.00The experience was incredible! Hernan was the best guide. I loved the balance of information & personal time to explore! Being one of the first groups at Chichen Itza was brilliant. We got great photos and had some time to enjoy the area before the crowds arrived. The Cenote was really the star for me though. Having a private experience in such a beautiful place feels like something many people don’t get to experience. The family cooked a delicious lunch, truly local food with many ingredients from the property! It was my favorite meal in Mérida. The whole experience was so thoughtfully planned out. Can’t recommend this more!
