At the beginning of the class, your host will explain the recipe and show you the process step by step, then it will be your turn to do it yourself and make your own chocolate truffles! While we wait for the chocolate truffles to harden in the fridge, we will chat and drink one of the best hot chocolates you have ever tasted. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to save your own truffles in personalized bags and boxes to take with you! These handmade truffles (made by yourself) will be a delicious souvenir of your chocolate making skills in the city of Cusco.
