In this interactive class, you'll learn how to make delicious chocolate truffles from scratch. A trained guide will guide you step by step, teaching you culinary techniques that you can use at home. You'll create your own truffles and customize them with a variety of toppings! While your truffles cool, you'll enjoy a delicious hot chocolate. At the end, you'll take home your creations to share or enjoy alone. A unique experience for chocolate lovers!

What To Expect
You will make delicious chocolate truffles from scratch, enhanced with a wide selection of toppings. At the beginning of the class, your host will explain the recipe and show you the process step by step, then it will be your turn to do it yourself and make your own chocolate truffles! While we wait for the chocolate truffles to harden in the fridge, we will chat and drink one of the best hot chocolates you have ever tasted. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to save your own truffles in personalized bags and boxes to take with you! These handmade truffles (made by yourself) will be a delicious souvenir of your chocolate making skills in the city of Cusco.

5.00Abe and Alejandro were awesome hosts! We learned a lot, and they were super friendly and fun to chat with through the 1.5 hour class. The Peruvian chocolate really is so much better than any chocolate I've tasted, the view was gorgeous, and we left with so many delicious truffles and fun memories! This was unexpectedly one of our favorite experiences in Cusco!

5.00Such a fun and informative chocolate-making experience! Loved learning about the history of chocolate and getting walked through every step in such an easy, hands-on way. And the view in Cusco is absolutely amazing — definitely one of the best spots to enjoy the whole experience!

5.00I went without many expectations, I encourage you to use cocoa chuncho that is very finony difficult to find, to make this Review short, chocolate was otherworldly, really delicious, the recipe of truffles blew my mind but I did not imagine that this workshop is done in a privileged place, you can literally see the whole historic center of the city, and you can also buy cocktails and craft beers discount while doing the workshop, I made friends and had a super, 11/10 exceeded my expectations Especially for the quality price, thank you guys.

5.00We had an absolute blast at the truffle-making class! Erika, our instructor, was fantastic—funny, engaging, and clearly passionate about what she does. She affectionately referred to her helpers as the Oompa Loompas, and together they made the experience lighthearted and lively from start to finish. We learned a lot, got hands-on with the process, and most importantly—had a great time doing it. The class was social, well-paced, and full of laughs. Highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for something unique and delicious to do!
