2.0The scenery in this tour is amazing and stunning, however there are many improvements to take note which you may want to convey to the tour operator. 1. The first part of tour, the tour guide (Gordon) is behaving like a driver without providing a clear explanation on the itinerary and he did not even bother to inform us to visit The church of the God Shepherd. At the end we do not have time to visit it. 2. Based on the itinerary we were supposed to have stop at lake Pukaki but the driver did not stop by the lake and just pass by it which is a huge disappointment to us and we feel it is a scam to us. 3. Based on the itinerary it was listed as given 3 hours to do Mt Cook trail walk, we picked the easier one (Tasman Glacier) to do but only given about 1 hour to finish it and at the end we did not have sufficient time to relax and enjoy the beautiful and magnificent view. What a shame!!! 4. Based on the itinerary we were supposed to stop by the Kawarau Suspension bridge but the second driver not even mention anything about it and bring us to eat ice cream?!!! We appreciate the impromptu suggestion by the second driver but we sign up a tour based on the itinerary therefore we very much appreciate a strict follow of the schedule and itinerary. 5. The second driver forgot our drop off hotel and went to the wrong one but instead he kept chitchatting with a bunch of female young tourists from Australia. We have signed up many tours with Viator before, this cheekykea tour is by far the worst we have encountered and the 2 drivers do not demonstrate the professionalism being a tour guide and this should be looked at seriously. We believe this will be our last tour with CheekyKea tour. Sincerely please do not spoil the good reputation of this beautiful New Zealand by these unprofessional local tour guides, personally opinion I will avoid cheekea travel or cheekeekiwi travel, do more research before you book!!!!! There are more professional local tours out there!

5.0What a great day! The best way to travel between Christchurch and Queenstown and experience the beautiful stops, views and scenery. Lake Tekapo was our favourite and is a must see. Martin was a brilliant tour guide and shared lots of information about the area and tips for Queenstown. The fruit ice cream was a great way to finish!

5.0Loved all the information our guides gave us, very knowledgeable. The stop views were incredible. I would totally recommend this over a flight or bus ride if you are travelling to Queenstown from Christchurch.

5.0Possibly the best tour I have done in any country I have been to. Was on-time and well thought out. Guides were very knowledgeable and also let us know multiple times what time we had to be back at the van. We got a snack bag and a generous lunch which was appreciated. We were very well looked after and were never left wondering where we were going to get food. There wasn't a shortage of toilet stops and all the stops were meaningful. Thanks for a great day! Guide also dropped us off at the a hotel they don't usually make stops to. Thankyou so much
