  A magical experience!! I highly recommend it!!! Not only were we at the most emblematic markets in Vienna, but we tasted local cuisine!! During the tour between the markets, Oscar, our guide, told us curious/historical things about Vienna. Besides, Oscar, I had several surprises prepared, it makes you wrap up in the Christmas spirit if or if!!! Oscar was great!! Super attentive, friendly and friendly. I would repeat without hesitation!!!

  Our tour guide never showed up. We arrived 15 min early at the meeting place and stood in the cold for more than 20 min. The first Christmas market in the list was at the meeting place and was a joke - a tree and two booths selling hot wine. And we heard from a walking tour we took earlier that day that the last market didn’t exist this year. A disaster all around. Fortunately our money was refunded.

  Lovely tour through some of Vienna's best Christmas markets. Our guides were very helpful and friendly and it was great to try some of the food and drinks of the market in the company of other travelers!

  This was great tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a more intimate tour rather than a big group . We would do it again next time we are here.

  We toured Christmas markets that we normally wouldn’t see. We loved the food tasting. Now that we have been to several we wish we would have asked more questions about what the foods were.

  We enjoyed seeing many markets in Vienna on a 2-day stop. We drank local hot wine and had several snacks. The tour only provided us with a short introduction to the markets and we came back to see several the next day.

  My second visit to this Christmas market, which I consider to be among the best I know. I don't know if, as a result of the Covis pandemic, I found the market more modest, without as many activities as in 2014. But it's unmissable.

  Such a disappointment. We took a taxi to the meeting place. He was stopped by the police. The number to contact was wrong so we called our travel agent. She contacted Viator but was put on hold. We ran 8 minutes late. We understand that the guide left without us. What we DONOT understand was Viator could not reach the guide. We would have walked to catch up with them. But no! We lost our money because the guide was unreachable. Being late by 8 minutes was the fault of our driver. But we should have been given a way to catch up with them since this was a walking tour. Unacceptable! We should we refunded. We have spent a lot of money on this trip with Viator. You should make this right.

  So, this is more of a food tour than a market tour. I actually love food tours, so that was good, but I wasn’t expecting it. It started a bit poorly - we were at meeting point (along with 2 others) but the tour guide wasn’t there. We had to search to find her. We looked for over 15 min as did the other two people (who were not together). We sent messages too that went unanswered. When we finally found her,she seemed unfazed that she wasn’t in a visible place and we had been searching/waiting . There was not a visible yellow umbrella as described. Rita turned out to be very sweet and informative, but we really wanted time in the markets, and we really didn’t get that at all. I think this tour just needs to reflect what it is. In addition, it was way too long - over 3.5 hours

  Don’t go! We were in front of the church for 40 minutes with icy cold and rain on time. And nobody came. They didn’t cherche us or leave a message and list. This has cost me 158€ I’m waiting for a full refund. Shame on theme
