Joining Discover Richmond Tours means exploring Church Hill in a unique way. You will sample delicious food and snacks from up to 5 different restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, possibly including wood-fired pastries, classic Richmond comfort food, authentic Ethiopian Fare, and more! You’ll learn about the birthplace of Richmond and it’s heroes, and hear how our partner merchants got their start. But most of all, we’ll make sure you have fun doing it.
Be sure to bring water and comfortable shoes – we’ll be standing at most of our stops, and we’ll be in and out too quickly for water and other beverages to be served.

5.00Excellent combination of food and history in an amazing historic area of Richmond. Our guide was a great conversationalist and knew his stuff! Very engaging and informative and the food was amazing! Chimbo’s Tuscan Chicken sandwich was such a unique and tasty stop. Of the course the Proper Pie was an amazing one-of-a-kind in Richmond.

5.00Expect good local foods mixed with just the right amount of neighborhood knowledge and history. There is a good deal of walking on uneven sidewalks. Be sure to come hungry as there was a lot of food.
