Only in a small group, it becomes possible to visit the Cinque Terre and experience all the true magic of this enchanted coastline. We will visit 3 of the 5 villages on Cinque terre, using trains and boat. Usually the towns we visit are Riomaggiore, Manarola and Vernazza.
You can hike, it you wish to, from Riomaggiore to Manarola. 1 hour hike (this is subject to availability based on weather/danger). The driver will follow you by boat/train. Public boats also operate subject to weather conditions and along the Cinque Terre from April until about the 3rd week of October.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you're planning on going hiking, you need to be prepared – although the path is open to everyone, remember that the ground can be slippery, uneven, and in places steep and narrow
Please wear suitable walking shoes, don't forget your swimsuit and towel if you want to take a swim
The driver/guide will thoroughly introduce the places being visited, from a cultural, historical and artistic viewpoint while driving to and from them, but is not licensed to give explanations at sights or guide inside churches, or museums.You will have free time in the villages

Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre
Cinque Terre are five coastal villages in eastern Liguria that make up a UNESCO World Heritage site! Here, a train links the five different villages together. A small group tour with a max of 8 people is the perfect solution for those who want to keep the costs down and at the same time touch as many destinations as possible without being in a 54-seat bus. Your driver will be with you for the entire day. He will escort you on the boat and train. - Public boats operate subject to weather conditions and along the Cinque Terre from April until about the 3rd week of October.
Borgo Storico di Riomaggiore
Arrive at Riomaggiore by black Mercedes Minivan. The town climbs up along the ridges overlooking the sea and it is characterized from the typical stone houses with coloured façades and slate-roofs. From Riomaggiore we will take the Public boat to Manarola. Public boats operate subject to weather conditions and along the Cinque Terre from April until about the 3rd week of October. If you wish to hike you can take the Trail 531 Riomaggiore to Manarola. Our driver will follow the group by boat.

5.00Our day with Gabriele was amazing! We ended up being the only two on the tour and he made us feel like family (and I’m 100% sure he would do the same with a full group)! Specifically, we enjoyed watching him interact with other people - it gave us an opportunity to see the non-tourist side of Italian culture and came with plenty of laughs. Without his expertise and knowledge about navigating the area, we surely would have had a worse time if we were on our own! We felt very taken care of and that allowed us to engage with Cinque Terre and Pisa without worry! Be sure to ask for Gabriele when you book with Truescany, you won’t regret it!

5.00The Cinque Terre and Pisa Leaning Tower full day tour was awesome with our guide Giancarlo! We got to spend plenty of time in 3 of the cities, had the best gelato, food, wine and amazing scenery! Then we headed to Pisa to see the leaning tower. Awesome and worth seeing! Would highly recommend this tour with Truescany!

5.00Tour requires lots of steps, really anywhere in cinque terre will. But so worth it!!! Beautiful area and our guides were fantastic! Our driver/guide Jonathon was so friendly and such an excellent driver, safe and friendly and kept a careful eye on everyone as we moved around to be sure everyone was safe and doing well, enjoying the tour. We loved the tour, would highly recommend! Views are incredible.

2.00My wife and I went on this tour and for the rainy weather I give them a pass since no company can control the weather. We both felt the guide was lacking, he wasn't very engaged with our group, he didn't give us any specific insight about the areas we were traveling to to take advantage of (ie go here for a good picture.....this area is where you're going to get the famous pictures etc). The first area we went to was probably the most scenic but our guide just told us to meet him at some structure in 15-20 mins while he parked the car so we stopped and grabbed food but then when we got to the meet up point he said oh we have like 10 more minutes here. For the third area where we stopped and grabbed lunch we ate at their recommend restaurant but their seafood pasta gave me food poisoning (not the tour company's fault but I do give them some of the blame for recommending them). That sickness screwed up our plans for the rest of our time in Florence. Overall my wife and I felt like we were provided a polite driver but not an immersive guide for the areas we traversed. For the money we did not think this was worth the cost.
