5.00We hit the jackpot with our driver Alessio. Our group of 8 wanted to experience Cinque Terre from our cruise port - a 1.5+ hr drive each way. Alessio made our day by listening to our priorities on the drive there and developed a plan that allowed us to explore 3 villages without using the train. We had a glorious ferry ride between Manarola and Vernazza. Saw amazing views as we were driven from Vernazza to the top of Corniglia, avoiding the 300 ascent from the train. Alessio took care of us by helping us buy the ferry tickets and providing great recs for lunch and gelato. All the while he was charming, informative, helpful, and made us laugh. Couldn’t help but absorb a lot of the history and local color he shared.

He helped us plan the perfect itinerary of Cinque Terre and Pisa and he took such good care to make sure all our wants and needs were met. I am 81 years old and have mobility problems, but Leonardo made sure that everything was possible and easy on this trip. Such a pleasant and knowledgeable man ….do it… you will love it !!! 😊 🩷
