Very well organised trip, communication from the moment we booked was excellent! Meeting point was right outside the port terminal. A 25 minute walk to train station at very leisurely pace through shopping district, or you could get a taxi if you wanted for about 10 euros. Most chose to walk. Matteo, our guide, was lovely and knowledgeable about the area. Saw some lovely places, and train ride was fine, a little crowded at times, but you were only on there for a matter of minutes. Decent amount of time at each place and you could chose to stay on at last stop or visit an extra village if you wanted to. We chose to go back with Matteo to the port , so visited 3 of the 5 villages, but we felt we got a good overview of the area in the 7 - 8 hours we had. We enjoyed our day very much and would recommend this trip/company to others.

Matteo was a wonderful guide, telling us interesting information about Cinque Terre. There was more walking than we had anticipated but it was still a great tour. Matteo was attentive and took excellent care of our group

Very little information was given about the villages, basically just help to find the train platforms.

Our tour guide, Igna, was excellent, and the tour moved at a comfortable pace. We visited three of the five villages, each with its own unique charm. I really appreciated the use of WhatsApp to help the group stay connected and share directions and suggestions throughout the day. However, the limoncino experience was misleading. It turned out to be just a quick stop at a small shop, where a rather unfriendly woman poured about a 1/4 oz for us to taste — barely enough to wet our lips. I couldn’t even tell if I liked it or not, so I decided not to buy any.

Igna the guide was good and friendly. The tour was rather fast and short considering the time limit, it is understandable for the tour to be restrained and constricted.

Our tour guide, Lisa, was quiet and very personable. I could have appreciated more history, but that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. She made getting around to the different villages very doable and comfortable, and took out all the apprehensions we might have had about scheduling and getting to experience all the things without getting lost or left behind. And she was quite easy to find getting off the bus from the cruise terminal. The views were absolutely stunning. The limoncino tasting portion definitely left something to be desired though- we were allowed about 2 ml of one kind from a bottle a woman opened with her teeth and then looked at us like she was upset we were even in her shop until we left.

Great guide- Leeza. Professional and informative. Very attentive and on time. Wonderful location stops. A ride to the train station or description of how long the walk is in the tour description (partially uphill), would've been helpful. Other than that, Wonderful Tour!
