5.00We had pre booked this and the weather was a little ominous, once out the mist came in and we could not see past the end of the boat :) Added to the mysteriousness of the tour but tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and good fun, learnt a lot on way out and back even though could not see many bits he was pointing out. We did get a glimpse of the green lady but decided to return next day and do free Manhattan ferry to see her again. Worth the money, hot chocolate on boat was nice, warm inside and great experience. Took about 2 hours.

2.00No bugging on the time. I needed to leave new York earlier then we planed so I ask could we get an earlier boat cause I would miss the 230 one. Couldn't help me. Anyway I lost the money an didn't experience the trip. I will book through the actual place next time.
Get yourself to pier 16. Take a boat for an hour. See all the highlights of NYC BKLN AND IN BETWEEN.

3.00It was exactly what it said it was. Not complaining at all. Was the quickest and most basic tour of liberty statue the east and Hudson rivers and downtown and some great views and photo ops. Best part it was a total of a one hour commitment. I have done a few liberty tours and they are all so long. And then you are stranded on an island. Just get the quickie your. get your pix. Move on. And have fun the rest of the day somewhere else. Side note however Ellis island tour is a great way to spend more time. Lots to read. Lots of history. Lots of stories. And lots of ground physically to Cover. But back to the short boat ride. There should be coffee drinks simple things for purchase because we all would have bought something. But it is a no frills deal. And it’s short. Bring a coffee with you or wait it out an hour I guess. The commentator was good. Friendly. But has only super basic info. Would like to know a tad more about each attraction. And maybe an inside story of each. That would be fun and make the customers feel closer to each situation and attraction. But over all was good.

1.00I should have read the review. Do not believe the 4 star review. This is VERY OLD hotel. I thought all the Shilo hotels were above average. This property has so many problems its hard to start. The a/c in both of the rooms I tried were ancient and barely provide any cool are. Tried to leave but they would not guarantee a refund. Everything is old.

5.00Great quick trip to see the Statue of Liberty and get a to-the-point history course on NYC. The tour guide, Debbie was fantastic. Informative, interactive and funny! Despite the cold and rainy day, our kids and I loved it and would definitely recommend the tour.
