1.00Unfortunately we were not able to take this cruise and Viator refuses any request for refund. Our Lift driver got lost, drove on the wrong side of road, and tried to drop us off on the other side of town which caused us to miss our cruise. We have received a refund from Lift acknowledging their fault in the matter and received a full reimbursement. I have provided all this documentation to Viator but they still refuse a refund or even issuing a credit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Viator to book anything. Book directly with the excursion companies. Viator is not a good third party vendor should something go wrong.
