5.00Laila was an amazing guide for a really great tour around the old city and then a visit to the distillery and Hato Caves. She has a lot of great insights on the history of the island and the Netherlands and presents it in a way that keeps it interesting and engaging. I would definitely recommend her as a tour guide!

4.00We had a good trip with Ralph as our guide. The Hato Caves were great to see and we enjoyed seeing the paintings around Curaçao. The tour seemed a little disorganized but we enjoyed it overall.

3.00The tour was ok. On the positive, our driver and tour guide Leo was on time and made the driving entertaining giving us lots of information about the island and answering our questions. As promised on the tour, we visited the Hato Caves, the distillery and town. The negative: the tour was short. 3 hours instead of the 3.5 promised. We had the time to stop in town for some pictures but that didn’t happen.

5.00We had a wonderful time. Our tour/driver was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable. We went to the cave which was very hot and humid and a lot of steps. Then we went by to see the flamingos and they were taking their naps so it was hard to see much of them. All in all it was a good trip.

5.00Our tour operator was fantastic. She knew a great deal of history about the island and it was a great experience and very informative. She was able to answer any questions we had about the island, people and politics. The cave was very cool and there again, the guide was very knowledgeable. Lastly the distillery was also interesting and gave you the opportunity to taste and purchase. Seemed to be cheaper there then in the stores or airport

5.00We completed the tour today (3/29/2023). We were exceptionally happy with this tour and would strongly recommend this tour provider. We would use her again. Laika, our contact and our tour guide, provided excellent communication. We were guests from a cruise ship. Because of technical issues, our arrival date changed to one day later, shortly after I paid. I was able to contact Laika via the TripAdvisor message system and she was able to change the date and time for our tour quickly. The fact I could communicate with her easily put me at considerable ease. On our arrival today, she was waiting for my family and me with a sign at the Willemstad cruise port, right on time. We were collected with a small group (eight in total) into an air conditioned van. We were first driven to a scenic overlook with views of the cruise port, and given an opportunity to take pictures. Next was the Curaçao sign, with ample time for photos. Next was the liqueur distillery with a brief tour. The highlight was the Hato caves. As I’m the description, tickets were covered with the price of the tour. We drove past the flamingo preserve with the caveat that they were not always visible. Today, they were easily visible. Throughout the tour, Laika was enthusiastic and provided much knowledge about her home island. She is a proud Curaçaoan and it showed. She speaks four languages and used perfect English and Spanish (several on this tour were Spanish-speakers). She even helped my mother-in-law, and at least other persons, who had difficulty walking during parts of the tour. This was a imply one of the best tour experiences I’ve had. I strongly recommend supporting this small business.
