We enjoyed seeing the city. We did both loops . We liked that there was a language code chart at each seat

Blue line bus had translation issues. We were told to get off and wait for another. All others were full so they left us. Tour over

Oh dear oh dear. From walking in to leaving this cafe situated at the exit Of Park Guell we did not feel welcome at all. The person standing in the doorway did not make eye contact, they could not because they held the menu over their face and only moved it and themselves and pointed when we decided to go in. We were seated on the terrace which was quite nice which (the only saving grace). After what seemed like ages a young lady came and took our order. We only had 2 toasted sandwiches and a small beer. The prices were reasonable so nothing to complain about there and the sandwiches were not bad. The atmosphere was terrible it seemed as if the staff really resented us being there. Shame as the location is great. Have to say we were the only 2 people in there which is telling as crowds were spilling out of the park and there are no eating facilities in the park itself. Mid way through eating the server came over with a card machine and the bill!!!!. She was not best pleased when I told her we were still eating and did she mind coming back when we had finished, she obviously did because she left in a huff which my daughter and I found quite funny. We paid and left. Luckily for them there was no service charge on the billl otherwise there would have been a scene. We said gracias on the way out and were completely ignored. I did say RUDE quite loudly but by the non reaction I really do not think they were bothered. Unless you want to feel like an interloper I would give this place a mis. Me thinks they chose the wrong vocation.

Great on and off options with stops at all the top sights. Only slight gripe was maybe having more busses - we were passed up a couple times as it was full and had to wait on the next one. The audio on the bus was a plus!

Well worth the money. The busses are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the busses are very frequent. It was busy, but I never waited for than 10 minutes for a bus. Only some of the busses have charging ports and I could never figure out how to connect to WIFI. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the commentary. It could be so much better. As is, it consists of a fellow with a heavy British accent (the English version) giving a few seconds of info on the architect of various buildings. As an American speaker, I understood very little of his commentary. There were dozens of things that I saw that would have been nice to hear about, as well as general info about Spain. There was a lot more f truly annoying “music” and very little data.

After walking and walking trying to find the bus location, we finally arrived. Not knowing which route (red or blue) covered what areas ahead of time, we hopped on the first route which was the red one. Disappointing since we wanted to see Gaudi buildings and Sagrada Familia. We didn't have time to do the red route so we missed seeing those important sites. Also the narrator over the earbuds was difficult to understand.

The was a perfect way to see a lot of Barcelona and some the key sights. As a Hop-on Hop-off Bus there were many great stops that I was able to take advantage of seeing in more detail. I took both the Red and Blue Buses today to rest my legs and see all that I could in one day. Very clear communication and easy to use.
