Very informative tour especially the skyline tour. The city centre tour was concise and covered the main bath region. It was also value for money, as it allowed you to do the tour over two days.

Appalling disabled access. Nobody can answer basic access questions. Carers are not catered for and company emails signpost to drivers who all give different answers. Extremely frustrating and not disabled friendly. If you are a Deaf BSL user don’t waste your time. Only access offered is written context which is just ridiculous if you had any Deaf awareness. Get better!!!

We jumped on the city toot toot bus in Bath City. Wow it was like a rollercoaster ride as the bus had to weave and squeeze through the narrow streets of Bath. The drivers are so talented to be able to manoeuvre through the tiny streets. We really enjoyed viewing all the Palladian architecture up close from the bus The commentary on the bus was great and very informative. Our bus driver Chaker was awesome. He was a real character - very friendly and so welcoming. The city ticket also included the skyline out of city tour which we also did later the same day. We will thrilled to see that our afternoon driver was again Chaker. Thanks for the ride around Bath. we really enjoyed the experience. Jeff and Trudy from New Zealand

I was on the fence about booking, but we had 1 less mobile grandparent and 1 child on crutches, so went for it and it was so helpful for us. A lovely way to get your bearings, very relaxing and informative. I'd say helpful for anyone who gets overwhelmed too, you can sit and watch the world go by for as long as you like. The drivers were all really nice, some more extrovert than others but all friendly and helpful. I wouldn't say it is unmissable if you're happy to walk around, but we really enjoyed it. We got a bit confused on the skyline tour and missed the stop we wanted to get off at, but it was fine. We did prefer the city tour. Improvements- being able to save your ticket in the app (hated having to keep hold of the ticket we bought onboard). Tip - the app is worth downloading but also, pick up a leaflet on board as we found having that map helpful.

We went on the City Tour and got on and off at the places that we wanted to visit and then went on the SKYline Tour where we stayed on the bus for the round trip. The buses were on time and clean, the drivers helpful and friendly and it was well worth it. Hightly recommend.

Both the City and Skyline Tours are included in the ticket. Both tours can be perfectly combined and repeated. As Bath is relatively small, it is worth getting out of the car (unlike occasionally in other destinations) for the close-knit cycle.

Really expensive for what you get and the amount you learn. We did this before the excellent and free Lord Mayors walking talk. On the bus tour you dont really learn a lot and the city is compact enough to walk around anyway. You do however benefit from getting your 'bearings'. We paid extra for the JaneAustin walk which was really poor and gave little information. Maybe a good choice on a wet day.

Definitely worth doing at the beginning of a stay to get a feel for the city. Audio was interesting. Drivers friendly and helpful.

Great views, easy location to get to, just had rubbish weather which didn’t stop us enjoying our day. Reasonable for people as you see the main tourist spots without missing them.
