The buses do not go real close to any of the attractions so there bis still a good bit of walking. However 2 of the stops made the trip worth it...first the stop at Michelangelo Plaza to see the view of the city... and also the stop at Santa Croce.

We did not have the opportunity to use the tickets due to a gross miscommunication. We asked for a refund or credit, and the response was no.

Seamless process. Great tour. Staff were very helpful. Good way to orient yourself around Florence. Trip to Fiesole was well worth it.

The stops are poorly marked and the bus went right past the stop on YOUR map! Horrible experience! Will not use them again unless a credit is given.
