Was a useful way to see areas you probably wouldn't if walking. Also useful to stop and explore on foot then onto another bus to move on. But the commentary was at times out of step with the position of the bus. Eg, where was the house Galileo lived in ? Presumably not just a clump of trees that we passed when supposedly passing the house.

I believe our tour was supposed to last approximately 2 1/2 hours and it was only a hour. Not until we get on the bus we were informed only doing the blue line not both red AND blue. . Maybe the company can inform people regarding changes by text a few hours before boarding so we could have planned our day better Very disappointed we did NOT see more of Florence and it was definitely too late to find other options to tour areas we did not see Hopefully we get at least half of our money reimbursed since half our tour was basically cancelled without giving a notification and we could have made plans to see the other amazing sites of Florence ahead of time

The hop on hop off bus tour was easy to locate and the app user friendly. Good to follow the live position of the bus too! Disappointed that only one line was running so I couldn’t go to Fiesole.

Stunning views over Florence. Good value if you can do both routes. It was difficult to find the stops and there were limited buses running, maybe 4 showing on the app so hop on hop off would be challenging. Staff very helpful and friendly

Horrible experience. This bus is a great idea in bigger cities, however in a city like Florence it is awful. We waited an hour for a bus to come, thinking it possibly just an Italian late situation, however the bus never came. We did this bus in Rome and loved the experience but I do not recommend for Florence, the city does not seem to have the correct infrastructure for this kind of tour.

There was not enough buses. We ended up walking and paying another tour to take us around. We waited almost an hour for first bus, and it was full twice! Not impressed.

Loved the experience and variety of activities. It’s always a first choice for us to get a lay of the city and scope out sites that we’d like to spend time seeing. Highly recommend taking this tour early on your journey.
