Great way to see London in a day or two but there are many choices of Hop on Hop off companies. This one was less than satisfactory. The drivers were not communicative or helpful. They did not scan our tickets so we never received the bonus tickets for boat ride etc. Make sure you ask for one if you don't you will not receive one. We showed up to take the boat from London bridge to Westminster bridge and they would not let us on the boat since we did not have the proper ticket. We had the one that viator sent not the one that we should have received from bus drivers. Other people were in the same situation. Also bus stops were not numbered according to their map so we could not really tell where we were or where they were stopping and they did not announce anything. You were basically on your own to figure everything out. The drivers that we asked questions of were snappy. We would have chosen a different company.

Finding the bus stop was much harder than expected, even though the staff were helpful. The bus itself had no announcements for each stop, which made it confusing to know when to join the cruise portion. Overall, the experience felt very disorganized. The red line route just went around in circles, and we were expecting to see more for the price, especially considering the boat ride was included. On a positive note, the tour guide on the boat was engaging and entertaining, though they didn’t seem to get much appreciation from the other, less enthusiastic tourists.
