I enjoyed the City Sightseeing Sevilla Bus Tour. There were plenty of stops around Seville to hop-on and off, and the seating on board the bus was decent. I also found the staff on the bus, at the ticket stand, and other points around the city to be friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They advised us about some stop closures and suggested places to eat, things to see as well as other recommendations. We did the bus tour, several walking tours, boat cruise, and even went to one of the museums included with the ticket. An overall enjoyable experience. Even the drinks on board the cruise were great!

Not worth the money. The first stop is 15 min walk from the centre, most stops not worth leaving the bus for and bus only goes in one direction so unable to use as a form of transport between the attractions. You will be better of walking unless you want to spend an hour on the bus in traffic every time you want to go to another stop. We bought 3 ultimate tickets at the local kiosk that included the boat trip. Boat was broken during 48hrs we had used our tickets for and we were unable to take the cruise. The operator refuses to refund the money for the boat because we were not given the receipt! We still have the tickets though which I have provided and I was told by the staff in Seville the refund will be issued. Disgraceful customer service!!!

The tour to Itálica is a must if you are in Seville. The place is very beautiful, especially the restoration of its mosaics and the amphitheater. I would recommend that they could schedule the tour earlier in the mornings due to the heat of the season. Alejandro, our guide, was very good with the information provided, attentive and kind.

Waste of time and money. The bus doesn’t go past any of the interesting or important sites which are all only accessible on foot. It’s much quicker and easier just to walk. There isn’t anything if really interesting to see from the bus that it isn’t better and quicker to see in foot. The ticket office told us that the ticket included entrance to a lot of other places but when we went to the first building it was free to get into anyway. The ticket was very expensive and about three times the price of the hop on hop off bus in Granada. Couldn’t understand a word of the audio guide either. We got off after 5 stops and walked the 15 minutes back to the historic centre. Won’t be using this company again.

Not enough commentary, so many wonderful sights that you pass not covered such as the tallest building, the bull ring and many more. Annoying music plays throughout. Poor crackly sound. Only one earpiece. We always use this company and had a great tour in Cádiz but this was the worst city tour ever - use a different company for Seville.

My worst experience with city tours was taking the 2:40 PM bus in La Macarena. After 45 minutes of waiting and just two stops later, we were asked to change buses and wait another 30 minutes. It seems they want to fill the buses, but it is unfair to waste your time on vacation.

Everything was very good, very clear, and very kind. It is very good that upon arriving in any city, going with you to take the tour makes it easy to get to know the city we are visiting very well.
