Very interesting. English translation was clear and easy to understand. The only issue I wouid mention is that the directions to the bus stop by the river bridge were not very accurate.

Great experience with the tourist bus! The seller Lewis was very friendly and he explained the bus route well. Thanks to him, we knew exactly what we were going to see during the visit. The tour was really nice, I recommend.

We bought tickets at Seville Tourist Office near the tower. For Monday 2nd March 2026 at approx. Red Top bus left at 11am The bus was almost absolutely full . We found last 2 seats & had to sit separately. But one of the audio sockets wasn’t working. So had to wait and carry out tour for 20 minutes with no sound . When the bus stopped . same thing took 2 more changes of seats before we found a seat with 2 working sockets. The stupid thing is that they give you a single earpiece, if it was double, then my wife could have shared one earpiece each So, it appears that this company does not know about customer care – it should check its buses regularly. Someone did go and complain – but no joy I am sharing my experience with Seville Tourist office as this company should be made to pull their socks up. There is a competitor Gren Bus – perhaps give them a try

It wasn’t the best hop on and off we have been on but still got us around the city. On some of the buses they weren’t making sure the audio matched where we actually were.

The route was fine and the stops quite close to the points of interest. The audio guide was informative and helpful. We went to two of the tours that were included in the 48 hours ticket ;we couldn’t make use of the rest of the included freebies because the second day he didn’t have time to use the bus much -we were stuck queuing for 4 hours to get Alcázar tickets and then we visited in the afternoon so the second day was a bit of a waste of money. There were a lot of things included in the ticket price so I would say that there is definitely value for money .I only gave the service four stars because of the constant draft in the bus that left me with a really bad cold for the rest of my visit!!!Staff was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the rides on the first day .

We always like to do the City Sightseeing hop on off bus tours.. We found this experience disappointing as the commentary was very limited, sound quality was poor and the music not good.. The only positive was we had a guided tour of the Plaza de Espana included in our ticket.

No indication at the stops to know where they are... you have to run after them when you see it pass in 1 avenue... and in + 1 bus every 25 minutes!!!! To flee
