No indication at the stops to know where they are... you have to run after them when you see it pass in 1 avenue... and in + 1 bus every 25 minutes!!!! To flee

Great way to visit Seville. With an audio guide in French that explains well. The rate is interesting being for the day. You can get off at the different tourist points and then take the bus. Allows you to see the different important sites of the city (outside cathedral and alcazar).

The experience is great. We were very well advised by Cristina. We only had one day to visit the main of Seville.

Very good option to know places of interest going in and out from the bus and hearing details during the ride,

Unreliable app. Hourly arrangement is not followed. Waiting for over an hour. If you are only here for a weekend you lose more time than buying time 😤

This a nice way to see the city and check out anything I was interested in exploring. The weather was a bit cold and rainy, so I only got off for my tour and one other time.

I’ve used City Sightseeing buses all over the world and have usually had good experiences. Unfortunately, the Seville service was the complete opposite and ended up ruining the first day of our short trip. It was, without doubt, the biggest mistake we made in Seville. We purchased a 48-hour ticket with a walking tour directly from the City Sightseeing website. We boarded at Stop 1, where we were handed earphones and a leaflet. No further explanation was given about how the ticketing worked. We later learned that we were supposed to receive a physical ticket when boarding, but if we were given one at all, it was never explained to us. We had our valid digital ticket, so we naturally assumed that was sufficient. We rode the bus for about 30 minutes, got off, and later tried to reboard. When we showed our digital ticket, the driver told us we needed a physical ticket because our online ticket had been redeemed (i.e. when we first boarded that day). We explained the situation and showed proof of payment. The driver allowed us on and said someone could help us a few stops later. At that stop, a saleswoman boarded the bus to speak with us. Despite us calmly explaining the situation and repeatedly showing our valid digital ticket that we had used in the morning, she immediately accused us, loudly and in front of a full bus, of not paying and demanded that we get off since we didn't have a physical ticket. We asked her to simply print or reissue the physical ticket using our online payment, but she flatly refused, stating that if a ticket is “lost,” the money is lost and nothing can be done. We pleaded that we didn't have any physical ticket, but it fell on deaf ears. We tried to explain that we are tourists in an unfamiliar city and that this bus was the transport we had paid to rely on. Her response was, “You can just walk home.” and she just pointed in a vague direction. To make things worse, my wife was crying due to the public embarrassment and the saleswoman then accused her of being aggressive, which was completely untrue. Zero empathy, zero customer service skills. It was obvious this was a genuine misunderstanding, yet instead of helping or apologising that the company has archaic systems in place, she showed zero empathy and basically told us to buy another 2 tickets or go away. This means that we had paid full price for a 48-hour ticket plus a walking tour and received just a single 30-minute ride, followed by public humiliation and being ordered to leave the bus at a random stop on the route. The first day of our trip was ruined due to hostile customer service, despite clear evidence that we had paid. We asked her for the customer support number as this must be a common problem and a very easy issue for them to rectify. The phone operator was polite and apologetic, which was appreciated. However, she also confirmed that they could not issue or reprint a physical ticket once a digital ticket has been scanned, meaning we were simply expected to accept the loss of our money. This kind of rigid, anti-consumer bureaucracy benefits no one. We didn't get what we paid for, and the company is left dealing with chargebacks after failing to deliver any basic service. Luckily our credit card provider could see that we were effectively scammed (either intentionally, or due to ineptitude), and they had no issue getting our money back. In 2025/6, the fact that a company cannot verify or reissue a ticket that was clearly purchased online is astonishing. It seems like a way to extort more money out of customers, hoping they'll just pay twice. Based on our experience and many similar reviews here: if you are not explicitly handed and clearly informed about a physical ticket, or if you lose it, you will be treated as if you haven’t paid at all, regardless of the digital proof you can provide. Or, if you face any other issues on your journey, don't expect any empathy or logic from the 'support' team. Do not use this service.

Pricy. lots of additional stuff not really needed that were added to increase the price. There’s some guided tour but only with specific time to be there. Tapas with time frame to avail and soda that I don’t really cared much. Not really worth of the price. Bring back the regular hop on and hop off and bring down the price.

Terrible. 64 USD for one 20 minute ride. First we had to wait over one hour to get on the first time because the first bus was full so we had to wait for the next. Then we got off after a few stops and tried to get back on after 2 hours or so and no bus came after waiting well over an hour. Ended up spending 26 USD more to Uber home. Stops not well marked. We’ve done hop on buses in many cities and this is the first time we’ve been disappointed. Even the narrative was pretty lame for the short time we rode. There were no maps available on the bus. The driver told us we’d have to get off at stop 1 and get one at the kiosk. The “green” buses seemed to have a worse rating on line but at least 4 of those passed in the time we waited. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.
