We purchased two tickets for the bus and boat tour. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor from start to finish. We waited at Stop 9 from around 10:00am, with the bus not arriving until approximately 10:45. Once on board, the audio guide did not work at all, which removes a core part of what you are paying for. The bus then took around an hour to travel from Stop 9 to Stop 1, including about 20 minutes stationary at Stop 1. This is a distance that could be walked in roughly 20 minutes. At that point, we gave up and got off, as it simply wasn’t usable for sightseeing, especially on a short trip. The most frustrating part was the response when we raised the issue. We spoke to a City Sightseeing staff member at the stop, who was dismissive and unhelpful, and made no attempt to explain the situation or help us continue the tour. If this had been handled properly, the experience might have been recoverable. Because of how poor the bus experience was, we chose not to use the included boat tour at all. We then contacted City Sightseeing customer service by email, explaining the full situation in detail. Despite the audio guide not working, the lack of help from staff at the time, and the fact that we abandoned the tour and did not use the boat, they refused to provide any refund and were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter. Having since looked at other recent reviews, it seems this is not an isolated case. Based on our experience, this was a waste of both time and money and not in line with what is advertised.

Standard type bus tour with a decent commentary and surprisingly good earphones for once! The routing is necessarily restricted to main streets and thoroughfares as the inner city is understandably not an available driving option. Crosses the river to Triana and also reaches out as far as the 1992 Expo site. We went fully round once and added the first couple of stops again to alight at Stop No. 4 - the Plaza de América and then walked back to the Plaza d'Espana in the Maria Luisa park. Highly recommended.

Good morning, when I arrived in Seville, the tickets did not appear anywhere, no one gave me a solution and that teaches the bank charge as that the tickets were paid, because nothing let me get on the bus, apart from the bad education we were treated thinking we had not paid. Therefore I will never buy anything again by VIATOR, it is a big SCAM. Unless you contact me and refund the amount paid

A great experience with an excellent service by the bus staff very useful to know the city in a short time since with the free time and the comfort and ease that they give you at each stop you know the city in a useful and fast way

Bought a 2 day ticket but never used the 2nd day, bus was ok but it doesn’t go anywhere near the main attractions, due to narrow streets etc. takes you quite far out but apart from seeing Seville suburbs not much else, wouldn’t recommend . All main attractions are central and within walking distance of each other. A few of the headphone sockets on our bus didn’t work so had to change seats, earphones provided now just have one earpiece . Save your Euro 38 and get taxi if want to go further afield .

Promised buses every 30 minutes, however , after we had booked we found the route was changed and nowhere near our hotel which led to a long hot walk. No bus came until 11.05 which is wasting half a day and by which time it was 31°c. Bus was rammed full so had to sit downstairs, it then went one stop, and said the next tour is in 20 minutes. By that time Seville City centre is nose to tail traffic , so after only going a few hundred metres we got off. You cant really hop on hop off when they are so full and infrequent . Seville is better seen on foot with a map.

This is the worst City Sightseeing Tour we have ever been on. A good part of the route was temporarily suspended which was a more interesting route. They was not much information for English speaking people. On the walking tour the guide spent ages talking to the Spanish guests but very little information was given in English and she was hard to make out. The route did not go near the main attractions.

We purchased our tickets. On the first day we gave up as no bus arrived. Bus stops hard to find and not marked. As others have said most sockets don't work. We finally had a bus arrive on day 2. We travelled one stop then told to get off and join another bus. After 30 mins we have travelled about half a mile! Waste of our morning! Worst of all city tours we have been on. STILL WAITING to go somewhere.......
