  First night in the city seemed like a good time to take this tour. October evenings can be chilly, so be sure to wear something warm if sitting on top deck. Guide was funny and informative. Lots of fun facts and information along with some ideas/recommendations of things to do and places to go during your visit. I booked online prior to making way to the pick up point, but had issue retrieving ticket. However this was sorted without issue when I spoke to ticket sales person.

  This was a great way to see some points of interest in downtown Toronto! I didn't have a lot of time for my trip, so this was a great impromptu plan to see the area. Next time I would like to do a daytime tour!

  Was very good gave us a great insite to Toronto and where we would possibly like to visit The only thing I would say was the man's Mike was very bad so could not hear what he was saying

  I purchased tickets for 4 prior to travel and need to reschedule for the next day (which there were still availability for) due to travel delays. The owner/operator never communicated back with me, through email, phone or message costing me to lose out on a great deal of money. I would never recommend this company.

  Sergio was our tour guide. He did an awesome job even though it started raining half way through the tour. The staff provided us with ponchos. Sergio continued the tour providing us with great information about the city. The only complaint would be that TripAdvisor states the tour starts at 7:00 pm. It actually starts at 8:30 pm

  Viator is not a good company to get your tickets from. We would like a refund of $35.00 because our small child could not go with us because the bus time was suppose to be at 7:00 pm but we were not notified from Viator that the time was changed to 8:30 pm which made it too late for our child. Our child had to return to the hotel while the rest of us had to wait around for an extra hour and a half. We were unhappy and very inconvenienced. Please give us a refund of $35.00. Thank you.

  Wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone. The night time tour is perfect we went at 8:30 so we had some day light early on in the tour and then got to see the city lit up at night. Tour guide Sergio was amazing!!!! 12/10 stars for Sergio!

  Marylin gave us a very good tour full of information and was very mindful of us and the tree branches and bridges LOL 😂 we learned a lot and the driver was very well coordinated with her. He would stop at all if the right places and give us extra time to take photos. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.
