I tried to communicate with our driver several times with no response. I tried again only to be told I did not need to send so many messages. I used the app to get to our pickup point and messaged to say I had arrived five minutes early. I even dropped a pin to let the driver know exactly where I was. I was supposed to be picked up at 4:00pm. At 4:08 I was able to contact the driver and was told he was at a different location, but would be there in five minutes. The driver finally arrived at 4:22pm. VERY DISAPPOINTING! The ride itself was comfortable and we did make it back to the ship in time.

The driver was prompt and got us to the right spot. He was helpful with the luggage. He was pleasant to talk with. Told us about what we were seeing on the drive.
