What To Expect
Fryes Beach features powder white sand and affords great views of Montserrat on exceptionally clear days. This is one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches on Antigua. During your half-day beach break, you will be able to stretch out, drink some cocktails and listen to local island tunes. You'll be visiting Ffryes Beach, which is known for its white sand and coconut palms. You can expect exceptional views of the area's beauty. For the energetic you can get active (or not) and participate in various water sports, kayaking, tubing snorkeling etc. You can swim or relax in the calm, crystal clear water or take a short boat ride out to gorgeous Cades Reef for snorkeling (at your own expense). Beach chairs and shared umbrella are also included. Lunch and a non-alcoholic welcome drink are included. Mamma Nancy entertains you with poetry and other fun cultural activities. Be entertained with island music on steel pan or from a reggae band nearby, before your beach serenity concludes. Please Note: Many different activities are available to you while at the beach at your own expense, make sure to bring cash with you if you plan to take part in any of the activities.

5.00What an amazing beach and relaxing setting. Jan drove us to Ffryes Beach and she was funny. We arrived to chairs, umbrellas and a welcome drink. The provided lunch was good too.

5.00We had a lovely driver, Auntie P, who took us to a pristine beach. The water was amazing: so blue and refreshing. Lunch was included, and it was bbq chicken with rice and beans, salad and pineapple. Everything was delicious. But the best was yet to come! Jackie, tour manager, sang songs for us and she was accompanied by a steel drum. It ended the day on a fun, happy note.

5.00We booked this tour after doing some research online. I am SO glad we chose this activity. Miss P picked us up at the cruise ship pier and took us out to Ffrye's Beach for the day. Ffrye's beach is such a beautiful place! White sand and warm water. The first week of October is "off season" for the island but that made it all the better for us. We spent 4-5 hours at the beach with maybe a dozen other people. It is about 30 min from the cruise pier so a little off the beaten path for cruise visitors. We had our own beach chairs and set up under some sea grape trees. We hopped into the water when we were too hot and then just soaked up the sun for the day. Miss P and the crew at the Tiki restaurant cooked up some delicious lunch later that day. That was totally unexpected -- absolutely delicious bbq chicken, salad, noodles, fruit punch. We could not have asked for better food. There was a full bar for those who wanted it. This was definitely the most relaxing day of our entire cruise and I would come back here in a heartbeat! Miss P made the drive to and from the ship enjoyable and we learned quite a bit about island living on Antigua. I highly recommend this beach break tour to anyone looking for a relaxing day. Loved it!!
